HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSE - ESPECIALLY ON THOSE WITH DIFFERENT RELIGIONS LIKE RASTAFARIANS
The principles of the rule of law are
1. Superiority of the law
2. Equality of the law
3. Entrenchment of fundamental human rights.
This in effect coupled with the motto on the coat of arms which is freedom and justice states that you must respect everyone's religion and religious practices. The discrimination against Rastafarians and ma*****na users in Ghana is too much. Some Rastas too don't carry dreadlocks because it's a divine conception of the heart so for a long time I wasn't carrying it too.
People should know that the Rastafarian or ma*****na user is human before the religion or the use of the cannabis so what will make a non user angry; if you do the same thing to a ma*****na user that person automatically will also be angry and react. If you react they will attribute your action to the usage of Ma*****na but when a non user reacts they will attribute it to natural anger. You see the hypocrisy.
Secondly the laws of Ghana permits an individual or house under attack or threat by an individual to call peace officers which are the police. They don't have the right to assume that there is something mentally wrong with the person and conclude to send him to any health facility or prayer camp in the name of finding a cure. How did they assume or come by the conclusion it's a mental health issue. So then it means if your enemy or evil family members or anyone at all wants to attack you they can just frame a story and send you into detention in the name of curing you. That's why if the peace officers or the police are called in for a perceived public disturbance, the police will then interrogate the person and see if it's a case of alcoholism or substance abuse or mental health issue. If they suspect it's a mental health issue then they have to send the person for assessment at the psychiatric hospital. The psychiatric hospital too will not take the suspicion of the police into action. They will do their independent assessment and recommend treatment if they deem it fit. If the culprit or accused is deemed okay then they will return them to the police for prosecution.
In this way an enemy or an opponent of someone cannot frame up an individual and tarnish his image or detain him in any institution whether legal or not.

EDUCATION IS THE KEY, PUBLISHING AND BOOKS.
Every President preaches education is the key. Akuffo Addo said free education. Mahama said E- Blocks. What do students of the E-block and Free Shs read in school? Books. Who does the books? A publisher and a printer. So when you keep a publisher and a printer in chains what must the Army and Police do to you? In my opinion murder was the case, but they know best.
If the government wants to do an educational review on Ghanaian syllabi, a publisher is needed on the committee.
If government wants to produce government textbooks, a publisher and a printer is needed.
If government wants to produce its own paper, a printer is needed on the committee.
If government wants to print documents for administrative purposes eg. Cheque books, letterhead, invoices, forms, brochures, newsletters etc, a publisher and a printer is needed.
If government wants to produce anything or manufacture anything. A printer is needed. Because you cannot produce anything without labelling it and or packaging it. Eg. Labels, cartons, pepsodent boxes etc. Infact just take a look around a supermarket or provision shop.Anything you see has print on it describing the product. That's the job of a printer.
And it goes on and on.
