Overlord of Kusaug, Zugraan Bawku Naba Asigri Abugrago Azoka II, Pays Historic Courtesy Call on Ga Mantse King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II
In a remarkable show of unity and cultural diplomacy, the Overlord of Kusaug and President of the Kusaug Traditional Council, Pariyaŋ Naab Zugraan Bawku Naba Asigri Abugrago Azoka II, paid a courtesy visit to His Royal Majesty King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, the Ga Mantse, in the Greater Accra Region.
During the visit, the Overlord of Kusaug used the opportunity to invite the Ga Mantse to this years Samanpiid festival and also introduced the newly enskinned Greater Accra Kusaasi Chief Naba Billia Tiɛwin Faisel Mahama Abugri, seeking the Ga King’s blessings and guidance as he assumes leadership over all Kusasis residing in the region.
In a gesture of royal goodwill, King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II warmly accepted the Overlord invitation to the festival and the new chief as his son, pledging his full support and fatherly guidance as he leads and steers the affairs of the Kusaasi community in Greater Accra.
