A controversy is brewing in the Gambian music scene following claims by ST Brikama Boyo that he donated D10,000 towards the bailout of fellow artist Myk Jayda during his recent imprisonment. Myk Jayda, however, has vehemently denied receiving any financial assistance from ST or any other Gambian artist.
The initial claim, reportedly made by ST Brikama Boyo, circulated widely online, suggesting that the donation was part of a broader effort to secure Myk Jayda's release.
