THE WORK OF COMMUNITY RADIOS IN THE GAMBIA SENDS A + SIGNAL

Congratulations to Us for winning the "Best Community Radio" award with Amadou O Bah at the Gambia press Union national awards night.

It's the first time in the history of the radio to receive an award of such magnitude.

This could not have been possible without the tremendous support from the NETWORK OF COMMUNITY RADIOS. This is a sign that Community radios in the country should be considered and complement their efforts in promoting peace and fostering unity amongst communities. "We speak the language of our communities"

Thank you NCRG, GPU, and specially dedicated to the People of Foni, and keen followers of 91.9 especially the educational forum Fans. You all made it happen.
On a personal note, I am speechless but believe that more coming ahead.
Alhamdu Lillah
