OBITUARY ANNOUNCEMENT

The Citizens' Alliance Youth Wing regrets to inform its members and the general public that it has lost one of its hardworking members, Momodou S. Jallow yesterday December 2, 2020 at the Edward Francis Small Teaching Hospital.

Momodou, commonly known as Emma, was a humble and hardworking young Gambian who aspired to see change and development in our beloved country, The Gambia.

His body will be laid to rest today at 14:00PM GMT at Nema Algasim.

While we extend our deepest condolences to his family and loved ones, we solemnly pray that Allah grant him Jannatul Firdaws.

Graphic: Woman allegedly slaughters her mother in Akwa Ibom.

A woman allegedly killed her mother and chopped the body into pieces in Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom.

According to an eyewitness, Emmanuel Umanah, who posted the photos from the crime scene, the shocking incident happened at Umoh Obot road off Nto Akpan Inyang Street in Ikot Ekpene.

Some of the photos shows the suspect carrying the body pieces in a bowl before she was tied up and bundled into a police van.

Research by Gambia Wikileaks noted that the lady suffering from Mental disorder and she was told by a pastor that her mother is behind her mental illness.

The Pastor Got her Pregnanted and told her that her mother is the source of her madness.

She went home with the anger and killed her mother
