Brikama Spotlight Outstanding Player Award – 2025/26 Season

Brikama Spotlight is proud to announce plans to introduce the Brikama Spotlight Outstanding Player Award, which will recognize the most outstanding Brikama-born player competing in the GFF Division One League during the 2025/26 season.

We also plan to recognize the Coach of the Year for their contribution to football development.

The award may also come with a SPECIAL TOKEN of appreciation for the winner.

We want our followers and football fans to be part of the process! Send us the names of Brikama-born players you believe have what it takes to be recognized among the best.

Yahya Bojang, popularly known as Alonso, from Brikama Manduar, earned his first start for The Gambia in their match against Iran. Despite the 3–1 defeat, it was another proud milestone in his journey, bringing his total appearances for the national team to three.
