Dear Members of the Press,
We warmly invite you to attend a pivotal press conference organized by [ A Great Concern Leaders, where stakeholders, civil society representatives, and concerned citizens will gather to address important national concern.

This press conference is schedule on Tuesday, 15th July 2025, at St. Charles Paris Hall in Latrikunda Sabiji, Time : 12:00 pm

TOPICS OF DISCUSSION
• the ongoing issuance of Gambia National Identity Card outside the Gambia by GID,
• the proposed exorbitant increment of the electoral fee of Councilor, Chairman, Mayoral and Presidential Aspirants. We felt these are laws imposed on future political aspirants
This event seeks to shed light on how prohibitive costs undermine fair access to political representation, especially for youth, women, and emerging political voices. We believe every Gambian deserves the right to participate in national leadership without facing economic barriers. Let’s ensure democracy remains accessible to all.
Media Coverage: Your presence will be very important; we expect to see you there on time.

Sincerely,
ID Card Scheme A Great Concern Leaders
