A CRAZY ALERT TO ALL OUR CAUCASIAN NATIONALS ACROSS THE CONTINENT

It has become alarmingly disgraceful to all the confronting parties in this our continent of Africa, that we ve' a number of chameleonic characters who are constantly misusing the diction of our different local languages to our Caucasian relatives and friends.

Every word you use in each of the local languages in the continent has it own meaning. If a wrong interpretation of a diction in a local language, has been submitted to a Caucasian relative or friend, the Caucasian him/ her shall never be liable for any wrong doing in a legal interpretation.

The person who is believed to be liable for using such dirty Phrases is believed to be the one who is submitting those dirty phrases to him/ her, ( The Caucasian).

(For example), how can a friend of a Caucasian, who is believed to be an African, use motherly insults all in the name of teaching a Caucasian of our different national local languages??

Every diction in each language, has it own meaning, be it negative or positive.
So, I will advise all those new Caucasians across the continent, to be extra prudent and attentive, before using any diction or group of dictions in any of the national local languages!!

In most cases, if honesty is not at play, they mean dirty phrases and sentences while in your usage!!!

To avoid being liable for such remarks, always confirm and re- confirm, before making a use of those words and dictions.

JUSTICE CAN BE DELAYED AND IT CAN NEVER BE DENIED

Our People.!!

The Honorable Republic of the Gambia, Africa, and as well as the Universe, is greater than meaningless gossips.

Africa, is a continent of rules and reputable regulations. It will definitely sound unforgivable, when an Honorable African Citizens yearns for justice and the rule of law without attainment!!

I therefore ve' the honor and pleasure to inform and remind all my distinguished and valuable followers, Fans, Friends, and Family, that today was another success story for me and my sympathisers, both in the Gambia and across Africa, for meeting one of the seasons legal Practitioners, who has been standing AGAINST injustices for more than 30 solid years in the Gambia.

Lawyer LAMIN S. Camara and his team, has been there since 2009!!!

A lawyer who has the capability of handling treason trials all in the name of defending his clients at the law courts. His character and reputation is second to none. The number of breakthroughs he made in his career, is inexplicable. I am a witness to my own arguments.

How on earth, can I seek applause and validation from those who do not even know themselves??

When we talk about human rights, do you really know what it means??

The Gambia is one of the member states of the United Nations, how many technical committees does the United Nations has when it comes to representing Human Rights????

How many of the committees is there in our African Regional Bodies and Institutions, when it comes to defending Human Rights?????

So, this is why, the independence of our African Judiciaries, is never questioned by my humble personality!!

On the 3rd of March 2025, I was attacked by a gang of unscrupulous criminals, who identified themselves as security personnels of the Gambia Police Force. Their action meted against my humble personality was beyond expectations.

They took the law in their own hands and this was done without remorse.!!!

By the powers vested on me by the great constitution of this land, I ve' the right to mount a legal action against the office of the Inspector General of Police (IGP).

I will not accept tarnishing the name of this office unless and until we mount a legal action, and by also demanding informations from this very office with regards to the names, regimental numbers, batch numbers, and as well as the identities of each of these security personnels.

The incident took place at the gate of the Standard Chartered Bank Westfield Branch, between the hours of 10:am to 12: 00 noon. It coincided in the just concluded Holy month of Ramadan!!!

Eye witnesses were more than 150 personnels. Surveillance Cameras were scattered every where!

When men of a particular institution commit serious legal errors, the best advise for the country, is for them to accept their mistakes and then run through rehabilitations!!!

A mind that is stretched by a new experience, can never go back to it's old dimensions!!!

My Legal Fees must be paid!!!

The old cattle that already knows how to search for the green grass, will never participate in it's destructions!!!

I am a person who loves making or giving opinions. However, I am also a person who hates making or giving assumptions. The media is full of that. People seized opportunities to assume using the media.

What is more unfortunate, is that most of the media practitioners failed to ve' the skilled to detect!!!!

The moment an interviewee began to compare and contrast different events and scenarios with regards to protest, that is a bridge that tells us he is failing as a conscious youth advocate!!!

All the senior advocates are quite following the unconditional release of the boys, now, we are detecting mistakes in their comments while using the media!!!

Competition is the law of the jungle, and however cooperation is the law of civilization!!!!

Hamat Bah, You Don’t Own This Country Alone!

Public officials do not only fail to be transparent and accountable but they go further to violate the law and abuse public office and when journalists and citizens expose their corruption they jump to threaten legal action.

Hamat Bah, if you sue any journalist, rest assured patriotic citizens will also sue you!

There are ample reports and evidence from the National Assembly to the National Audit Office for which you have to answer!

Where are the EcoLodges? Where are fuel coupons from GTBoard? What decisions did you make on land allocations in the TDA and state lands?

Go to court, and we will also go to court to sue you for gross violations and misconduct!

You do not own this country. You do not own the courts. You do not own the law. You cannot threaten anyone!

You have never publicly declared your assets since you became a minister in 2017. That’s a legal requirement.

Release the minutes and reports of the Ministerial Committee in which you were a member which decided the sale of the assets and appointment of receivers. If you care about transparency, accountability and probity, release the reports and minutes of your committee! Now!!

Hamat Bah. If you sue, we will sue. You cannot threaten anyone! The Gambia 🇬🇲 does not belong to you alone!

PUBLIC STATEMENT

EFSCRJ Urges Journalists To Embrace AI to Enhance Their Work

On the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of World Press Freedom Day (WPFD) 2025, EFCSRJ salutes all journalists, media practitioners and media outlets for their sterling work in bringing light to issues and holding the powerful accountable in the Gambia and beyond. In this regard, we grieve at the acts of violence and repression meted out to media workers leading to deaths, injuries and other severe consequences. We pay tribute to the fallen journalists and media workers in Gaza and other conflict zones. We stand in solidarity with the survivors and their families for their pain and grief.

As we celebrate WPFD 2025, we wish to welcome the creation of the Access to Information Act and other instruments as well as appreciate the largely safe and free environment in which our journalists in the Gambia operate. We have observed a proliferation of media houses and practitioners which augur well for the good governance of the Gambia. In this regard, we note with appreciation the progress the country has made in its freedom of the press indices from 2017 to date.

Notwithstanding, we deplore the continued presence of laws that undermine the freedom of expression and free press. Similarly, we remain disturbed by the several harassments against media houses and journalists including threatening remarks, lawsuits and other unhealthy actions from diverse actors including from the President, ministers, political parties, and politicians, among others. We urge the Government to ensure that journalists and the media landscape remains protected, safe, and open. We urge the Government to expedite legal and institutional reforms to guarantee greater safety and the development of the media.

Under the theme, ‘Reporting in the Brave New World – The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Press Freedom and the Media’, we urge journalists to embrace artificial technology as an indispensable opportunity to do t

TRIBUTE TO DR. SEDAT JOBE A SEASONED DIPLOMAT.

On behalf of the Entire board of Directors and senior members of the Global Chamber of Business Owner's (GOCBO), we received with a heavy heart, the sad news of the passing of one of our great Father's, who has never dis- respected us, the upcoming generation of this great country.

Dr. JOBE was an academic. Dealing with him in any case, means diplomacy.
