Dressing
The way we dress depicts the type of person we are. Dressing shows our inner lives, thoughts, feelings and motives behind it.
I know it is an embarrassing topic to discuss here where most of you would think that is.
However, by looking at it, most of us knowingly or with negligence do not see and appreciate what really means when it comes to the way we dress.
Different occasions have different styles and ways of dressing.
But today, I will not discuss more on professional dressing but on ordinary everyday life dressing. Most professional people or highly educated elites make the same mistakes. Our qualifications have those badges that others do not have. That is something worth, something to be proud of. Wherever we're going, at least, dress up nicely as someone who is worth respect, someone who is not really that low. It is one's pride. People will respect us if we can dress well. I'm not asking you to go into all your professional suits, but at least something decent. Young educated gents, we are also included in this.
For the young women, ladies, I'm not talking about some celebrities where you can come in their fancy styles. No. You too, dress decently, like a respected woman, a woman that fears God and dresses in an accepted manner in the eyes of all men out there and of God. Someone who values herself and her family. Wearing very tight clothes or very short ones, exposing one's body only gives a negative view. Men do not honour and seek those for their future partners. They're going to say, trashđź—‘. You are not meant for such labels. Your life is worth more than that. Get up, wash and get into something decent and when you move around, you're the most beautiful that everyone will treat with respect.
For those who are already married, yes, the way we dress can also be judged by others. There are cases in which we have broken homes, too.
All parents, let's get back to our respective families and start educating our children on what is accepted and what is not. Fathers and mothers, we do not wish for our children to face negative comments, looks and problems that our sons and daughters will bring back to our families. Our families have titles, names and good citizens that everyone is proud of. Let's maintain such. Together, let's help build men and women that will display all good, earn respect and be seen as reliable and productive people if we all can contribute to our respective families. Again, our dressing shows the quality of life that lies inside us. Let us see some good changes in the way we dress everywhere for God and for our people, starting now!!!
