🔍 Who We’re Looking For
An energetic and visionary professional who can take full ownership of operational leadership, team coordination, and strategic ex*****on of PSC®'s national programs and partnerships.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Gender: Female
Qualification: Masters or higher (preferably in Occupational Safety, Business, Management, Public Relation, Health or related field)
Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in leadership, operations, or project management roles
Age Limit: 28 to 36 years
Skills:
Outstanding leadership and decision-making capabilities
Excellent organizational and people management skills
Strategic planning and ex*****on
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
Location: Karachi / Islamabad (Hybrid – on-site or remote as required)
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and supervise all operational departments of PSC®
Ensure ex*****on of national campaigns, safety projects, and partner collaborations
Monitor performance, streamline workflows, and manage organizational growth
Report directly to the President/CEO and support in strategic development
Represent PSC® at national/international forums, events, and partnerships
