My scalp is soooo happy! Moisturizing with the wrong oils actually aggravates seborrheic dermatitis. People kept telling me to use coconut oil, but that made it worse too. Squalane Oil has changed my relationship with my hair.

Decide to create. This voiceover came across my feed and it felt like a direct message to me to lean in to creating. I don’t critique much, but I do consume way more than I create and I’ve been feel a pull to shift. The world needs us creating. Inspiring, being free. Allowing our natural gifts to flow out instead of trying to fit into some algorithm. We’ve become a plain monolith, chasing numbers. We are each unique.
