Athanasios Papadopoulos In a few words…I was born and raised in Thessaloniki – Greece.

My father was a cinematographer and supported me, along with the rest of the family, in my decision studying photography in Great Britain. I left Greece and attended photography seminars in England, followed by a BA (honours) in Photography, seminars with the title “European photography” in Belgium and back in London for a Masters degree, always in my favorite subject…Photography. My expertise is

Wedding Photography and Travel photography. I would describe my Wedding Photography as a mixture of “Wedding Documentation” (Photojournalism) and “Creative Wedding Portraits”. In 2011 I was included at the top 10 destination wedding photographers of the world by “Brides” magazine “Conde Nast Travellers” publications and in 2010 I won a «Pollux» award. My Palmare is filled by one book publication, several magazine cover images and awards. The last ten years I am the Head of Photography course department at AAS campus – University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN). My work has been exhibited in England and Greece at seven personal and four team exhibitions. You can visit my web site here:
