This week, weโre making my version of a ๐๐ข๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ก๐ข๐๐ค๐๐ง ๐๐ก๐จ. I whip this up whenever that pho craving hits but I wanna stay cozy at home. Itโs quick, comforting, and my family LOVES it. Made with shredded ๐๐ ๐ซ๐จ๐๐ฎ๐ฉ๐๐ซ ๐๐ก๐ข๐๐ค๐๐ง ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ and a few easy finds from .

โค 1.5 qt water
โค 4 scoops instant pho powder
โค 3 tsp chicken flavored soup base
โค ยฝ tsp fish sauce
โค ยฝ tsp sweetener (Splenda or your choice)
โค 1 thumb ginger, sliced
โค ยฝ onion
โค Rice noodles
๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ:
โค Shredded crockpot AgroSuper chicken
โค Bean sprouts
โค Lime wedges
โค Cilantro
โค Jalapeรฑo slices
โค Hoisin sauce
โค Sriracha
๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐ค๐ฉ๐จ๐ญ ๐๐ก๐ข๐๐ค๐๐ง:
โค 2 lbs chicken
โค 3 tbsp chicken bouillon
โค 3 bay leaves
โค 6โ8 cups water
๐ณ ๐๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
1๏ธโฃ Add chicken, bouillon, bay leaves, and water to a crockpot. Cook 6โ8 hours or overnight, then shred.
2๏ธโฃ In a pot, sautรฉ ginger and onion until fragrant. Add 1.5 qt water, pho powder, chicken soup powder, fish sauce, and sweetener. Simmer for a few minutes.
3๏ธโฃ Cook rice noodles according to package instructions; rinse with cold water.
4๏ธโฃ Assemble your bowl: noodles first, then chicken, then pour hot broth over top.
5๏ธโฃ Garnish with bean sprouts, cilantro, jalapeรฑo, and a squeeze of lime. Add hoisin and sriracha to taste.
