Cooking Shrimp Sinigang with My Compost Reward Bag 🌿🍤

Through ’s Composting in Every Village program, I compost from my apartment, track my scraps, and get a monthly bag of fresh local produce!

This time? Eggplant, snake beans, winged beans, kangkong, tomatoes — perfect for making Sinigang na Hipon (Shrimp Sinigang) 🍲💛

INGREDIENTS:
- 1lb Shrimp (head-on preferred)
- 1–2 packs sinigang seasoning
- 6–8 cups water
- Mixed veggies: eggplant, snake beans, winged beans, kangkong, radish, etc.
- Onion, Garlic, Tomatoes

TO MAKE IT:
1️⃣Sauté aromatics + tomatoes.
2️⃣ Add water + sinigang seasoning.
3️⃣ Cook shrimp.
4️⃣ Toss in veggies to blanch.
5️⃣ Season + serve with rice!

Final video of my Recipe Throwback Series…

𝐁𝐮ñ𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐬 𝐀𝐠𝐚 might just be the easiest CHamoru dessert you can make! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and naturally sweet from the bananas. I added some chocolate ganache to take it up a notch, but honestly, they’re just as good on their own.
