Chicken soup, but with a little extra wellness boost. 🍲🌿

I used ’s Health & Immunity Broth & Soup Mix and prepared it in a way that reminded me so much of chicken tinola. Familiar, comforting, and made with traditional herbs and spices—if that means adding a little more goodness to my bowl, I’m all for it.

If you love beef and shrimp with a little spice, check out their newest menu item packed with a ton of flavor, black beans, and Mexi rice for just $17.99. Personally, I believe you could share this plate with one other person because the slices are so flavorful and filling. It’s not super spicy for me, but that could depend on your spice tolerance.

Plus, between 11am–3pm, receive a free acua freska whenever you purchase a taco or burrito meal.

When you want Olive Garden, but not your usual order 👀

Us locals love food with a little kick, so when I heard Olive Garden’s new limited-time summer menu was inspired by Calabrian chili flavors, we had to try it.

Starting at $14.99, the menu features chilies from Calabria, Southern Italy. These chilies are known for their bold heat, slightly smoky flavor, and peppery kick.

We tried the Calabrian Hot Honey Chicken Bites, Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini, and Spicy Rigatoni. Plus, if you order any entrée, you can take home a fresh plate of pasta for just $6.

Overall, I’d say it’s worth trying if you like a little spice without it being too spicy.

Ever since I tore my ACL/Meniscus in Muay Thai, I’ve had a lot of time to sit with myself, and it’s been humbling in ways I didn’t expect

I started reaaaallly thinking about my health, my routines, my business, my content, and what I actually want my life to feel like moving forward.

I still love creating. I still love food. I still love sharing pieces of Guam life. But I’m realizing I don’t want to keep performing an old version of myself just because that’s what people are used to.

So here’s to healing, getting stronger, creating more honestly, and letting The Foodie Flex grow with me. 🌺

Boonies is one of our top favorite places for date night!

Thank you, Boonies, for inviting us to your VIP Influencer Night full of games, food, and great vibes. Our favorites from the new menu items were the pork knuckle flatbread, empanadas, and mozzarella sticks, with the spam fries close behind! We usually come here to play ball, but every time we return, there’s always a new game to try. That’s so Dennis and Natalie, always keeping the party going 🤪 They also have a mini bowling alley, karaoke, and a separate lounge away from the main area, in case you want a space to chill.

We’ll always think of this place as a must-visit spot for a night out. 🔥

We finally tried Sippin’ N Stackin’ Food Truck!

Known for their mini pancakes, lemonades, and dirty sodas, owners Danielle and Justin bring their unique flavors to the community. They will also be popping up at the Hågat Mango Festival currently happening right now and throughout this weekend!

Our favorites were all of their Mango specials tbh, the Mango Fizz, Tropic Like Its Hot (you could get it without the tajin and chamoy), and Mango Madness. We also loved the Cookie Butter Bliss.

Thank you Sippin’ N Stackin’ for inviting us to try your sweet goodies! You can catch them on Food Truck Tuesdays at the Old Dededo Flea Market, and they also recently got a permanent spot at Chamorro Village. They pop up at events around the island too, like the Mango Festival. Be sure to check them out when you get the chance!
