Tumon Bay Music Festival The Tumon Bay Music Festival is a 10-day event showcasing music performances of all kind. Several festivals have featured choral conductors such as Mr.

The Marianas' Largest Music Event

TBMF 2025 is supported in part by a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts, The Guam Council on the Arts and Humanities Agency, Government of Guam, and the Office of the Governor. It includes adjudicated vocal and instrumental solo, small and large ensemble concerts, workshops, clinics, and ensemble exchanges to invigorate the the love of music into our y

outh musicians. TBMF 2025 is supported in part by a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts, The Guam Council on the Arts and Humanities Agency, Government of Guam, and the Office of the Governor. The Tumon Bay International Wind Orchestra (TBIWO) is a combined wind ensemble that performs new compositions. Members include musicians from Guam, Japan, Saipan and the US mainland. A Festival Chorus, Concordia, is also organized for those that love to sing. Mack Brandon, Dr. Randall Johnson, and Randy Stenson.
