~ layered mystery (not quite twists)
~ lots of hidden motivations and suspicious behaviour
~ there is a sense of partial justice being fulfilled (which is very satisfactory)
Amy has two good friends, Lisa and Gwenโฆ their husbands get along, their children get alongโฆ underneath however, there is one little friend who sees Amy as her favourite person everโฆ and much like was done before, they will inadvertently do all they can to show this favourite person that they are all that is needed. Everything.
HOWEVER, if you donโt want to have your secrets uncovered, kindly donโt commit murders or shady shenanigans that can land you in jail. Smh.

There is just something about these stories that unnerves me: The friendships seem odd, and I wonder if these people ever have good friends experiences; there always seems to be a hidden murder somewhere or massive drug use/distribution background, and I wonder if this is a big country issue or specific countries issue; and most of these people are very highly unlikeable. I wonder if this is really what they are like. ๐ฌ Ewww, stay away.
