The President of Guyana, Irfaan Ali, hopes for Guyanese youth to become “active participants in their country’s growth and prosperity" and one such way is the Agriculture and Innovation Entrepreneurship Programme (AIEP). The AIEP gives agriculture graduates training in climate-agri methods along with fundamental marketing and business skills. The energy sector has also generously collaborated to support this programme, with US $4.5m investment, showing its shared commitment to the nation's progress.
