*How to get to Tap Mun (Grass Island):
👉Take a taxi from MTR University Station, Exit B, to Ma Liu Shui Ferry Pier for a kaito. The journey takes around 1hr. & 30 mins; or, take bus 94 from Sai Kung to Wong Shek Pier for a kaito. The journey takes around 35 minutes.
👉Tap Mun, also known as Grass Island in English, is an island on the northern edge of Sai Kung famous for its grass field. Once a flourishing fishing village with over 2,000 inhabitants, nowadays Grass Island is a sleepy village that is a popular day trip and camping spot.
