বেসিক কিছু টিপস
১. নিজেকে যথাসম্ভব ঠান্ডা রাখুন।
২. Long case এ রোগীকে প্রথমেই জিজ্ঞেস করুন আপনার সমস্যা কি?
স্যার সকালে আপনার কোথায় দেখেছেন। আপনি ভাল করে খেয়াল করুন ক্লু পাবেন।
২. হিস্ট্রি নেয়ার মাঝেই General exm সেরে ফেলুন।
৩. খাতায় Important positive finding লিখুন।
৪. DD লিখুন, ১-২ টা হলেও point in favour and Against লিখুন।

Short Case e
1. শুরুতে রোগীর দিকে একবার তাকান।কিছু ক্লু পেতে পারেন।
২. Findings দেখতে দেখতে DD চিন্তা করুন।
৩। কমন DD চিন্তা করুন।
