Dim Sum Lovers? I suppose yes. If you live in Hong Kong or you ar win town for business or leisure, don't miss a drop to an historical place do enjoy the original dim sum. Don't think about a luxury restaurant. This is not the place. But Lin Heung Tea House, known as Lin Heung Lau to Hongkongers, is one of the oldest traditional Cantonese restaurants in Hong Kong, serving only dim sum during the day and main courses at night.

Based on Central’s Wellington Street, this restaurant has been in the city for over 104 years, and is well-known for serving dim sum on old-school trolleys.

Inspired by Sha Tin’s cooked food centers, the culinary team reimagines local stir-fries using premium ingredients and Coca-Cola®’s signature caramel notes to introduce a new range of dishes, including:
Wok-fried tiger prawns with chilli, garlic, spring onion
Deep-fried pork ribs with garlic crust
Braised pork knuckle with Coca-Cola® and preserved plum
Braised beef tendon with Coca-Cola® and hawthorn

Combining seasonal premium ingredients with authentic flavours, the new menus showcase expert craftsmanship to elevate comforting home-style creations.

Crispy pigeon, spiced salt. An irresistibly crispy skin and flavorful meat, made even more delicious with a squeeze of fresh lemon or a sprinkle of spiced salt.

Pan-fried yellow croaker, crispy rice, fish soup. Steaming fish soup is poured over the crispy rice and yellow croaker. The fragrant, sizzling soup offers a delightful feast.

Braised chicken, sea snail, chestnut, Chinese basil. Chicken, sea snails and chestnuts are gently braised to extract the full depth of flavor, while the addition of Chinese basil adds a refreshing herbal note to the rich broth.

As the summer heat sets in, there’s no better way to refresh the palate than with sweet and juicy fruits.
Where? An idea is “Japanese Fruity Retreat” Afternoon Tea, crafted by Executive Chef at Hotel Icon.
This delightful offering is designed to transport guests to a serene orchard in Japan, right in the heart of Hong Kong.
From 28 July to 12 October 2025, GREEN at Hotel Icon offers handpicked seasonal fruits flown in fresh from various regions across Japan.

For those seeking a lighter treat, a dessert-only version of the afternoon tea is available on weekdays, featuring a sweet-focused platter.
Afternoon tea guests can indulge in unlimited servings of Hokkaido Milk Melon Soft Serve, perfect for cooling down and satisfying the summer cravings.
Guests can also enjoy a complimentary upgrade to a specially crafted mocktail made with NOOCI green tea powder, a blend inspired by Eastern herbal wellness, offering a refreshing and healthful treat.

The main course selection features three globally inspired dishes, each infused with elements of Japanese culinary flair. Highlights include the Japanese Uni Pasta, made with fresh Canadian sea urchin renowned for its rich umami flavour and smooth texture, tossed in the chef’s house-made seafood sauce — a perfect harmony of savoury and ocean-fresh notes.

The Pan-fried Beef Tenderloin with White Turnip is seared to a delicate char to lock in its juices, while the white turnip is prepared using the traditional Tsukudani method, simmered slowly in light soy sauce and sugar until richly flavoured and tender. The Miso Glazed Salmon is seasoned with a subtly sweet and savoury miso glaze, crisped to golden perfection on the outside while maintaining its moist, buttery texture within.

For dessert, Chef Danny has carefully selected four types of seasonal fruits from different regions of Japan, including Shizuoka melon, Yamanashi peach, Kumamoto watermelon, and Miyazaki mango, to handcraft a vibrant selection of exquisite sweets.

The beautifully presented creations include the Shizuoka Melon Roll Cake, Miyazaki Mango Cheesecake, Yamanashi Peach Genmaicha Konjac, and Kumamoto Watermelon Coconut Panna Cotta. Each dessert is generously filled with juicy, fresh fruit, offering the perfect balance of natural sweetness and refreshing lightness.

The desserts are elegantly arranged on a traditional nine-grid wooden tray, served with a misty smoke effect that evokes the ethereal beauty of a .

For those who simply can’t resist sweets, the newly launched weekday-exclusive dessert-only afternoon tea is the perfect choice.
