Loneliness? It's more like peaceful solitude, selectively avoiding socializing. You can think of as an art form; it means doing things your way and at your own pace. When you have your own ideas, who needs others? Just me, myself, and silence. You don't need someone by your side for everything in life. Try to learn to enjoy being alone. Go to the gym alone, visit your favorite cafe alone, or enjoy a delicious meal alone at a restaurant you've always loved. I once read, "When the universe wants to bless you, it isolates you first."
