Yesterday's post mentioned that loneliness isn't bad thing. It's a space where clarity, healing, and creativity can arise. It simply offers an opportunity for self-improvement. Today, I'll continue this theme, hoping to bring your hope and positive energy for facing moments of loneliness and unsupport.

Loneliness? It's more like peaceful solitude, selectively avoiding socializing. You can think of as an art form; it means doing things your way and at your own pace. When you have your own ideas, who needs others? Just me, myself, and silence. You don't need someone by your side for everything in life. Try to learn to enjoy being alone. Go to the gym alone, visit your favorite cafe alone, or enjoy a delicious meal alone at a restaurant you've always loved. I once read, "When the universe wants to bless you, it isolates you first." Because only in silence can we truly encounter ourselves.

Do you feel especially lonely on weekends or holidays because you don't have friends, family, or simply no one around? There are likely tens, if not hundreds, of millions, of people who share your loneliness. The truth is, life itself is challenging, with its ups and downs, each of which we must endure and face alone. So how can we address this? Start by renewing your attitude toward loneliness and finding activities that bring you joy and comfort. Serving others is a wonderful activity; it connects you and allows you to engage in community, caring for others and contributing without feeling alone. Even when there's no one around to share your life, cherish and savor every moment. Solitude is an opportunity, as are pain, struggle, or challenges. Being alone is a great opportunity for self-reflection, reading, writing, learning a new language or skill, starting a business, improving your health, tidying up, meditating, and exploring new things. Life can sometimes feel like a challenging maze, making it difficult to find joy. But don't worry, our thoughts have a powerful influence on our emotions, so managing your emotional health is crucial and it’s about rediscovering the beauty in the ordinary and learning to find balance and gratitude in our everyday experiences. So, if you want to rediscover joy in your life, let's explore it together!

1. Find joy in the little things

Happiness can often be found in the simplest things. A morning cup of coffee, the sound of bird, or even a favorite song can bring about feelings of well-being and relaxation. Finding joy in the little things in life can train your brain to recognize and appreciate everyday pleasures, fostering a more positive outlook on life.

2. Set small goals to find joy in life

Setting small, achievable goals can be incredibly fulfilling and can help you regain a sense of purpose. These goals don't have to be huge; even small accomplishments can give you confidence, a sense of progress and motivation.

3. Surround yourself with positive and inspiring people

Positive social connections are the best way to maintain long-term happiness. Inspiring people can unlock your wisdom, guide you in making important decisions, and help you find the right path in life.

Even if you're busy at work, having a lot of housework as well as caring for others, or are just going through a particularly tough time, force yourself to take a break outdoors. Whether it's a walk in the park or simply sitting in a coffee shop, giving yourself time to relax will always make you feel better.

Many people overlook the importance of self-love, but it’s crucial for maintaining mental health. Most of us are always being our worst critic and continually putting ourselves down for every flaw or failure, and it will slowly diminishing your confidence and self-esteem, constantly doubting yourself and refusing every opportunity that come your way thinking that you weren’t good enough. But remember, all of you deserve to feel understood, supported, and loved by yourself. You deserve it all.

Practice kindness and gratitude are powerful forces for happiness. Practicing kindness is one way to practice gratitude. Take time to reflect on the kindness and selflessness that surround you every day. Appreciate your relationships, experiences, and possessions, and express your gratitude.

Let go of things and relationships you can't control and that don't serve you. Please know that your life is all about finding the balance in taking charge of the things that you can control. Past mistakes, big or small, always teach us lessons—remember those lessons, but let go and move on. Learn to forgive others, and yourself. Holding onto resentment and dwelling on past mistakes will only hold you back. Embracing forgiveness is the key to emotional freedom and regaining joy in life.

10. Spend time for spiritual growth

Whatever your beliefs, find ways to engage in religious and spiritual life. Spirituality refers to the non-material aspects of human thought and emotion, and is the expression of human values. Our faith, knowledge, and art complement and enhance our material lives. It involves cultivating our own spiritual life, as well as the creativity, spiritual connection, and enjoyment of interpersonal interactions, which ultimately lead to spiritual fulfillment and joy. Engaging in religious and spiritual life contributes to the free and comprehensive development of individuals and promotes social progress and harmony. This can be as simple as reading religious scripts/verses, literary books, visiting art galleries, participating in charitable and volunteer activities, attending religious gatherings, and meditating.

從古至今,佛教各宗派都非常重視静坐。佛教禪宗視冥想為“禪修”,是透過內在的洞見和覺醒來獲得解脫和啟蒙的方法之一。釋迦牟尼佛是最好的例子,他修行多年,在菩提樹下靜坐而證得大徹大悟,開始說法。

縱觀歷史,許多偉大的佛教僧侶和大師能夠預測自己死亡的時間。他們保持着静坐的姿勢直至圓寂。佛教稱之為「涅槃」。「涅槃」一词源于梵语Nirvana, 意为 “熄滅”、“寂滅”、“解脱”等。 簡單來說,就是熄滅一切煩惱、斷除一切執著、擺脱業力、獲得新生,解脱輪回之痛苦,這是一種绝對的安寧和解脱的狀態。

佛教中,「涅槃」不是指肉體的死亡,而是指心靈的解脫。它指的是超越生死,被視為精神修練成就的體現。你看,佛教裡的菩薩像大多是打坐的姿勢呈現,打坐的姿勢呈金字塔形,這與宇宙能量有關,可以幫助瀕死之人與天體的能量相連接,在生命結束時,以最光明的靈魂進入下一個旅程。所以這與躺在床上住生是很大分別的,躺在床上是痛苦和無助的,在病魔折磨下,帶著恐懼和焦慮離開人世。

Meditation has become a trend nowadays and is even widely popular in the West, but there are still many people who only have a superficial understanding of it. In this post, I will reveal the great secret behind.

From ancient times to the present, all Buddhist sects have attached great importance to meditation. The Zen sect of Buddhism regards meditation as "Zen Practice" which is one of the methods to achieve liberation and enlightenment through inner insight and awakening. Shakyamuni Buddha is the best example. After years of practice, he attained enlightenment while meditating under a Bodhi tree and began his teaching. Throughout history, many great Buddhist monks and masters were able to predict the time of their own death. They all remained in a meditative posture until their death. Buddhism calls it "Nirvana". The word "Nirvana" comes from the Sanskrit word, which means "Extinction" and "Liberation". Simply put, it means to extinguish all worries, attachments, and karma. It frees oneself from pain and the suffering of reincarnation, and enables them to reach a state of absolute peace, freedom and liberation. In Buddhism, "Nirvana" does not refer to the death of the body but to the liberation of the mind. It refers to transcending life and death and is regarded as a manifestation of achievement in spiritual practice. You see, most of the Bodhisattva statues in Buddhism are in a meditation posture, and the meditation posture is pyramid-shaped. This can help the dying person connect with the energy of celestial bodies and enter the next journey as the brightest spirit at the end of life. So it's very different from just lying in bed and dying. Most people, at the end of their lives, lie in bed feeling miserable and helpless. They are tortured by illness and left this world with fear and anxiety. Now, you understand why Buddhists practice meditation because it is closely related to death. This is the work of death, and they are making the best preparation for their own afterlife.

From the day we are born, we have to face the arrival of death. Death may happen to your relatives, friends, or yourself, and it may happen at any time, so you must be mentally prepared. No one knows when they will die, so as long as we are alive, we should cherish our life, fulfill our responsibilities, and work hard to contribute. Although death seems like a distant thing to many people, enlightenment is not something that can be achieved overnight. So, why not start changing your lifestyle now, examine whether what you have pursued in the past is worth it, and at the same time improve your spiritual life, work hard on your practice, and prepare for the last day of your relatives, friends, and future self?

The pyramid is the most mysterious sacred geometric shape in the universe and the place that receives the highest cosmic energy. In the 1940s, researchers discovered that an invisible, special energy was generated within the pyramid-shaped structure, which they called "pyramid energy." Cosmic energy is present throughout the universe and is omnipresent. It connects the galaxy, the earth, humans and molecules. It is the space between all living things and the connecting link that keeps the entire universe in order. Cosmic energy is the potential energy of life. It is the element that maintains life order and expands consciousness. It is the basis of all actions and physiological functions.

In daily life, we can receive some cosmic energy when we are in deep sleep or stop to rest, and then use this energy to carry out daily activities. For example, seeing, speaking, listening, thinking and all physical activities. But did you know that the energy you get from sleep is limited? When energy is depleted, we feel tired, exhausted, and jittery. These phenomena lead to physical and mental stress and various diseases.
