Welcome to The Joy of Living magazine on Facebook. The magazine is a bilingual quarterly magazine about life and the practice of meditation. It is a free publication of Tergar Meditation Centre Hong Kong launched in January 2013. Tergar Meditation Centre Hong Kong offers a range of courses and talks that teach the use of meditation in daily life so we may become fully, healthily human. Guided by the remarkable teachings of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, the programmes are open to anyone who wishes to experience the joys of mindful living. Tergar Hong Kong is part of the Tergar global community led by Mingyur Rinpoche.
