《Wine & Spirits 酒誌》& 《Gourmet & Lifestyle 美饌生活》為全中國及香港超過 300 派發點，包括展覽會、專門店、酒窖、酒店、餐廳、保險公司、會所等。透過商會、餐飲業界、葡萄酒評審委員會等幾個最主要的酒業和餐飲網絡，以郵遞方式派發至全中國及香港餐飲業相關人士及公司。
每期都與業界大型展覽會合作，派發給入場嘉賓。包括香港的HOFEX ProWine, RBHK, HKIWSF, BRIFE及中國內地的飲食展覽。另外，也建立了網站www.wsmedia.com, 把整本雜誌內容上載，以供未有實體「酒誌」的朋友閱讀。現在已經接觸到不同層面的酒界精英和愛好者。2019年初，有幸得到書報發行商發行本雜誌。現在已在港九新界各書局，書報攤，Circle K，華潤便利店及機場書局購買到酒誌。及於國內各酒展，例如 Top Wine China，上海 SIAL，成都糖酒
會，深圳 IBEC 國際名酒飲品展派發給入場嘉賓。
