The Interprofessonal sheep and Goat Meat Association (INTEROVIC) organized a lunch in Hong Kong in Nov 2025. It provides a wide variety of options, and all of them are delicious. The variety of possibilities depending on the age of the animal and the nuances obtained through a diet of grains, together with strict compliance with the European Production Model, yield a product of outstanding quality.

Sustainability
The livestock production comes primarily from extensive farming models, helping to keep the rural environment active and alive. The sustainability of this sector is based on the environmental, social and economic benefits that extensive farming and grazing provide for the territory and the landscape. The Macallan unveils the latest addition to The Macallan Harmony Collection: Inspired By Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea, created in partnership with JING Tea, the curators of rare single garden teas.🥃🍵 Drawn from a rare Phoenix Honey Orchid oolong grown in Guangdong’s Phoenix Mountain range, this limited release has been predominantly matured in Sherry Seasoned American oak casks, with additional depth from Sherry Seasoned European oak and a subtle inclusion of American oak casks that previously held bourbon. As a result, it captures lush notes of summery peach, apricot, floral honey, tropical fruits, toffee and sweet oak, echoing the layered aromatics of a tea often described as “perfume in a cup”.

The Macallan has introduced a refined whisky and tea pairing ritual inspired by the traditional Chinese Gong Fu tea ceremony, originated in Eastern Guangdong, highlighting the shared values of terroir and tradition that unite single garden teas 🍵 and single malt whisky 🥃.

Domaine Lécheneaut 的佳釀真是驚喜滿滿 🍷✨ 香港乍暖還寒之際，我獲邀出席由 Enoteca Wine Shop Hong Kong 舉辦的試酒會，親身聆聽酒莊的父子檔釀酒師 Vincent 和 Jules 分享，細味6️⃣ 款精緻布根地紅酒，極低產量，但每款都非常出色。2003 年的 Gevrey-Chambertin 濃郁又有層次，而來自夜聖喬治（Nuits-Saint-Georges）北端「Les Damodes」的一級園 2019 年份，更以優雅結構、酸度與礦物感成為我心目中的今晚之星。🙏 特別感謝 ENOTECA 團隊的悉心安排！

What an unforgettable evening with the wines of Domaine Lécheneaut from Bourgogne! 🍷 Guided by winemakers Vincent and his son Jules in person in HK, six characterful cuvées were discussed and enjoyed. The 2003 Gevrey-Chambertin was rich and powerful, but the 2019 “Les Damodes” 1er Cru from the northern side of Nuits-Saint-Georges really stole my heart with its elegant fruit, taut structure and mineral finish. Huge thanks to Enoteca Wine Shop Hong Kong for hosting such a refined and inspiring tasting. 🙌

八號風球下香港酒迷對美酒的熱情絲毫沒有減退！我非常榮幸獲邀在週一出席Alsace Wine Official Hong Kong 於 #蘭桂坊 舉辦的傳媒限定品酒會，重新認識 #阿爾薩斯 AlsaceWines 葡萄酒 ！
最令我難忘的是能面對面與 #阿爾薩斯葡萄酒協會 阿爾薩斯葡萄酒首席教育講師 Thierry Fritsch 交流。他親自分享阿爾薩斯 作為法國 #有機 與 #生物動力法 造酒的先驅，產區風土的獨特和釀酒哲學，真令我大開眼界，獲益良多。

Never let a Typhoon 8 dampen Hong Kong’s passion for new wine adventures! I was genuinely honoured to be invited by Alsace Rocks for their media-exclusive tasting at Lan Kwai Fong this Monday, reconnecting with my favourite Alsace wines!

The real highlight for me was meeting in person the legendary Thierry Fritsch, CIVA’s Chief educator, who shared his insights into the region’s unique terroir and wine philosophy. As one of France’s greenest wine-growing regions and a global leader in biodynamic wine production, Alsace never fails to surprise.

Given their versatility, Alsace wines marry perfectly with a spectrum of Asian dishes, from lighter Vietnamese cuisines to flavourfully spicy Thai BBQ.

It’s now the perfect moment to explore new tastes or to rediscover Alsace this September at various retail chains in HK!
