時為2004年，胡鴻烈校監預備出席樹仁新傳系編委會交職典禮，按照慣例候任會長在旁邊的系房內接待向校監簡介流程。他問我會務如何？辯論隊如何？讀書成績如何？我輕輕交代幾句，然後他輕摸我的手背說：「林偉豪，你要多休息一點。」我本頑劣，這句話來到2...

時為2004年，胡鴻烈校監預備出席樹仁新傳系編委會交職典禮，按照慣例候任會長在旁邊的系房內接待向校監簡介流程。他問我會務如何？辯論隊如何？讀書成績如何？我輕輕交代幾句，然後他輕摸我的手背說：「林偉豪，你要多休息一點。」

我本頑劣，這句話來到2025年的今天我還未做到；或者說，他老人家大智若愚，根本看出眼前孩子未來還是喜歡勞勞碌碌。

勞碌半生，胡鴻烈校監在樹仁創校逾半世紀後，終於能夠好好休息，與鍾期榮校長重逢。

有書讀，是他們給的機會；
有飯開，是他們給的人生；
有餘力講責任，是他們給的教育：敦仁博物。

謹此感謝敬愛的胡鴻烈校監與鍾期榮校長，和他們的所有愛。
