The Singapore Art Museum and Asia Pacific Breweries (APB) Foundation announced the APB Foundation Signature Art Prize 2018 finalist artwork today, which will be on view at an exhibition held from 25 May to 2 Sept 2018 at the National Museum of Singapore, the venue supporter for the Prize's finalist exhibition.

The International Furniture Fair Singapore 2018 (IFFS 2018) concludes yet another successful edition from 8 to 11 March at the Singapore EXPO. The highly-anticipated fair, along with the co-locating 35th ASEAN Furniture Show (AFS) and NOOK Asia 2018, attracted over 19,196 trade professionals from 89 countries representing the furniture, furnishing, and interior design industries.
Since its inaugural edition in 1981, IFFS has served the furniture industry as a choice sourcing platform in Asia. This year, the fair features a comprehensive portfolio of 374 exhibiting companies from 26 countries, which put up an inspirational showcase of design-rich and innovative pieces.

Atelier Urban Face
The recently installed kiosks at Beaver Lake – designed by Montreal’s l’Atelier Urban Face – features a delicate balance between the demands of infrastructure, and the integration of the buildings into the landscape.
Built on one of Montreal’s most beloved landmarks and urban family escapes, Mount Royal Park, the kiosks are both a poetic and practical response the surroundings. And through their specific uses and architecture, the kiosks appear to tell us a story – one that has been told for countless generations.

A former rental apartment in de Pijp, Amsterdam is transformed by i29 into a fresh and spacious loft. Originally, the apartment had many rooms and scarce daylight. The main objective was to achieve maximum use of natural light and to create a spatial experience. The interior is executed in a simple material scheme of large oak wall panels, white plastered walls, dark blue furniture pieces and light grey synthetic floors.
