香港多所大學位列百強，學術地位舉足輕重。隨着香港擴大非本地生招生規模，申請數量激增，審核壓力倍增，急需高效處理方案。為此IQVC落實整個系統平台以真實歷史數據反覆測試，實現4分鐘完成原來可能需要4星期處理的稽查，成功緩解教務處/收生組壓力。

With the expansion of non-local student enrollment in Hong Kong, the number of applications has surged, leading to increased pressure on verification processes and an urgent need for efficient solutions.
To address this, IQVC has implemented a comprehensive system platform rigorously tested with real historical data. We have successfully reduced verification times from a potential 4 weeks to just 4 minutes, effectively alleviating the pressure on academic registries and admissions teams.

我很榮幸受邀出席於 2025 年 12 月 18 日舉行的「The World CIO 200 Award Winner Sharing Seminar」並擔任演講嘉賓。當天我分享的主題是「In a World of Disruption, Only Speed is Unbreakable: The Velocity Mandate of SPEED」（ #無堅不破、 #唯快不破）。
此外，我也參與了題為「The Future-Proof CIO: Why the CIO is the Future CEO」的小組討論，與各位嘉賓一同探討 CIO 的角色如何從單純的技術層面，轉變為核心業務的領導者。感謝主辦單位及各位嘉賓帶來這場充滿啟發性的交流。

I was honoured to be invited to speak at "The World CIO 200 Award Winner Sharing Seminar" on December 18, 2025. It was a privilege to share my insights on the topic "In a World of Disruption, Only Speed is Unbreakable: The Velocity Mandate of SPEED."
I also had the opportunity to join a fantastic panel discussion on "The Future-Proof CIO: Why the CIO is the Future CEO." We explored how the role of the CIO is expanding beyond technology into core business leadership. Thank you to the organizers Andy Lau, Aaron Lee, Ravel Lai and my fellow panelists Aaron Ma, Bianca Ho for such an inspiring session.

很榮幸受 #中國日報(香港版)邀請，前往香港城市大學(東莞)出席「2025 #大學新聞獎頒獎典禮」，擔任頒獎及分享嘉賓。
看到台下充滿熱誠的年輕面孔，他們來自全中國不同地方的大學，讓我對新聞傳媒業的未來充滿期待。在典禮上，我以「AI 如何應用於媒體領域」為題，分享了人工智能如何成為媒體人的強大助手。從自動化內容生成到精準的受眾分析，AI 正在重新定義我們講述故事的方式。但我強調，科技始終是工具，新聞的核心價值—— #求真、批判性思考與人文關懷，依然是不可替代的。

[Witnessing Rising Stars, Exploring How AI Reshapes the Future of Media]
I was honored to be invited by China Daily Hong Kong Edition to attend the "2025 Campus News Awards Presentation Ceremony" at the City University of Hong Kong (Dongguan) as an award presenter and guest speaker.
Seeing so many passionate young faces in the audience filled me with anticipation for the future of the journalism and media industry. They came from different universities of China. During the ceremony, I shared my insights on the topic "The New Creative Canvas: How AI is Reshaping Media," discussing how Artificial Intelligence is becoming a powerful ally for media professionals.
From automated content generation to precise audience analytics, AI is redefining the way we tell stories. However, I emphasized that technology remains a tool; the core values of —truth-seeking, critical thinking, and human empathy—remain irreplaceable.
Congratulations to all the award-winning students! I look forward to seeing you leverage technology to uncover more profound and heartwarming stories.

於11月21日，理大CPCE #就業發展處(CESO)舉辦 #年度就業論壇2025，今年主題為「Think Smart, Work Smart: The Gen Z Way」，我在會上重點介紹了在學院悠久的 #校企協作教育( )計劃下推出的新措施：我們的 #資訊科技處(ITU)、 #市場及傳訊處(MCO)及CESO將為同學提供院內實習機會，讓他們獲得寶貴的實戰經驗。很高興能與企業導師及同學們交流，共同探討如何為新一代的事業發展作好準備。

Honored to speak at the PolyU CPCE Employability Services Office ( ) Annual Employability Forum 2025 on Nov 21. The theme was "Think Smart, Work Smart: The Gen Z Way." I was excited to highlight our new initiatives under the established Work-Integrated Education (WIE) program. We are now offering in-house internship opportunities for students within our Information Technology Unit ( ), Marketing and Communications Office ( ), and CESO, providing them with direct, hands-on experience. It was great to connect with employer-mentors and students to discuss preparing the next generation for their careers.

應邀為 #仁濟醫院董事局主辦的「 #仁濟教育研討日」擔任主講嘉賓，與現場約600位來自仁濟屬下 #中小學的校長和老師，分享了專題講座「 #推動國家數字教育， #培育智能時代英才： #宏觀與微觀之間的運作」。在這個瞬息萬變的智能時代，教育工作者肩負著塑造未來的重任。希望我從宏觀政策到微觀課堂實踐的分享，能為各位教育界同工帶來一些新的啟發和思考，共同為培育下一代英才而努力。

Invited as the keynote speaker for the " Education Seminar 2025," hosted by the Yan Chai Hospital Board of Directors. I had the privilege of speaking to an audience of around 600 principals and teachers from Yan Chai's affiliated primary and secondary schools. My presentation was titled, "Promoting National Digital Education, Nurturing Talents for the Smart Era: The Interplay between Macro and Micro Perspectives.". In this rapidly evolving smart era, educators bear the crucial responsibility of shaping the future. I hope my sharing, which bridged the gap between macro-level policies and micro-level classroom practices, offered some fresh insights and inspiration to all the dedicated educators in attendance. Together, we can strive to cultivate the talents of our next generation.

受邀到 #江蘇 #鹽城參與由 #中國環境科學學會舉辦的 #2025年生態環境科技傳播與普及轉化研討會，並就主題分享：香港青少年科學教育 ( #大數據對 #科學教育的促進)。會後參觀了壯麗的濕地生態區，親身感受生態保育的重要性。一趟結合學術與自然的充實旅程，感謝主辦方的邀請。

Honored to be in Yancheng, Jiangsu for a seminar by the Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences, where I spoke on using to enhance science education in Hong Kong. I also visited the spectacular local wetlands, a powerful reminder of the importance of conservation. A rewarding trip blending academics and nature.

What an incredible two days at the 23rd Joint Graduation Ceremony for PolyU SPEED and PolyU HKCC! It was a privilege to stand at the podium in the Jockey Club Auditorium and deliver congratulatory remarks as the Director of PolyU SPEED. With 4,500 graduates this year, it was a marathon of five ceremonies in two days, and every moment was filled with pride and joy. Congratulations to the graduates! I am immensely proud of each and every one of you. Go forth and build a brilliant future!
