We are more than honored to invite Mabel Lai as one of our core judges.👏🏻

“I do hope I can use my judging experience and professional knowledge to consolidate the standard of the wine industry and help to set up quality assurance for consumers.”

🙌🏻Mabel is the first certified wine educator in Great China, running classes at her wine school - the Hong Kong Wine Academy. She shares the wine appreciation with the public and promotes the wine culture in her way.

🙌🏻Mabel is also a wine journalist with her column in different media such as Winenow Magazine, Cru Magazine, and MingPao newspaper. She aims to encourage the wineries to produce more quality wines and get an affirmative position in the industry.

🍷Double-blind Tasting🍷
During the judging process, wines are arranged and tasted by category. Judges know nothing about the wine they are tasting, and rely solely on the appearance of the wine in the glass, the aroma and taste of the wine 👀

The wine samples are tasted and scored with a 100-point system individually by judges and this score consist of 80% of the total score.🥂
