2025 was a fantastic year with many phenomenal releases from all around the globe. I managed to cover some with thorough reviews on Blackouthiphop.com website; for others, I didn't have enough spare time, but they got a lot of replays throughout the year and earned their spot here.

Some of my favorite standouts ended up on this playlist, but since I can't choose every single track that got my head nodding, with almost every new entry, the playlist received an update for a more swift listening experience. Of course, it would be crazy to even think you can catch all the releases as the whole world provides tons of quality hip-hop, so this one features tracks I dug from both familiar and newly discovered lyricists and beatmakers. This is strictly based on the choons I rocked and chilled with the most this year within the styles I enjoy.

Just like with the 2024 edition, the "2025 Hip-Hop Selection" playlist is made to be listened to as an album, or better yet, as a DJ set, from start to finish, with various sections that mark different sub-genres, moods, and tempos, so there's something for almost everybody.

The artists featured here are hailing from Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Poland, UK, Spain, Chile, Argentina, Venezuela, Latvia, Russia, Greece, USA...and then some. Shout out to all of you's that are keeping the game alive and real. I salute you. This playlist is for all of y'all. 🙏

It's been a full week since and came to Zagreb and rocked the stage. One of the best shows I ever experienced.
It all still seems unreal, the whole damn evening, and I feel blessed for having the opportunity to meet both of 'em legends, especially Preemo who has been one of the main acts that got me into hip-hop more than 2 decades ago. 🙌

Shout out to for still putting his work in and making stuff like this happen, and much love to my fam.

Some say "don't meet your heroes". Well, these two legends proved otherwise. It was a complete pleasure and honor to meet and in where they gave us a night to remember for years to come. One of the best parties I've been at in quite some time. 🔥

Last night showed that Hip-hop is indeed alive and well. 🌐

You have good concerts, you have amazing concerts, and then you have one of THOSE concerts. Last Friday it was one of those high class ones, and I couldn't be more proud for being a part of the whole event. 🙏

A big shout out goes to my man rocking the biggest gig in his career in .cvetlicarna last weekend. Done with full professionalism and passion, Drill showed why he's one of the main acts on the Slovenian hip-hop scene. Thank you, brother, for having me on stage and to be a part of this story.
