BAKIT HINDI KA NA-TATAWAGAN? Baka dahil hindi "ATS-Friendly" ang Resume mo! 📄🚫

Alam niyo ba, mga ka-Abroad, na sa Europe at iba pang malalaking kumpanya sa ibang bansa, hindi tao ang unang nagbabasa ng resume mo? 🤖

Ginagamit nila ang ATS o Applicant Tracking System. Isa itong software na nag-ii-scan ng resumes. Kung ang resume mo ay sobrang "fancy," maraming kulay, o may mga tables at pictures, madalas ay hindi ito nababasa ng system. Ang ending? REJECTED AGAD.

Paano ba gumawa ng ATS-Friendly Resume? Simplehan lang natin:

✅ Clean Layout: Iwasan ang maraming columns, tables, o graphics. One column lang is the best.
✅ Standard Fonts: Gamitin ang mga classic tulad ng Arial, Calibri, o Times New Roman.
✅ Keywords are Key: Basahin ang Job Description. Kung kailangan nila ng "Pastry Chef," siguraduhin na ang salitang "Pastry Chef" ay nasa resume mo.
✅ Save as PDF: Ito ang pinaka-safe na format para hindi magulo ang alignment.

✈️ ATENSIYON SA LAHAT NG OFW NA UUWI O AALIS NG PILIPINAS!

May bagong update ang Philippine Airlines (PAL) tungkol sa power bank rules. Effective na ito ngayon, so please basahin mabuti bago kayo mag-flight para hindi kayo ma-hassle sa airport!

Ano ba ang bagong rules?

Nagpatupad ang PAL ng mas strict na guidelines para sa power banks, sunod sa ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) safety standards. Ito yung international na rules para sa aviation safety worldwide.

Narito ang dapat ninyong tandaan:

Bawal ilagay ang power bank sa check-in luggage. Hand-carry lang dapat—kasama ninyo sa cabin.

Dapat naka-OFF ang power bank at protected para hindi mag-short circuit.

May limit sa capacity. Ang power banks na 100Wh pababa ay pwede without approval. Kung 100Wh hanggang 160Wh, kailangan ng airline approval. Kung lagpas sa 160Wh, sorry po, bawal talaga sa eroplano.

Maximum of 2 power banks lang per passenger ang allowed.

Paano ko malalaman kung ilan ang Wh ng power bank ko?

Simple lang! Tingnan ninyo sa power bank mismo. Kung mAh lang ang nakalagay, here's the formula:

(mAh x Voltage) ÷ 1,000 = Wh

Example: Kung 20,000mAh at 5V ang power bank mo → 20,000 x 5 = 100,000 ÷ 1,000 = 100Wh ✅ Pwede!

Kung hindi ninyo sure, mas okay na magdala ng power bank na 20,000mAh or lower para safe.

Bakit ganito ka-strict ang rules?

Para sa safety nating lahat. Ang lithium batteries sa power bank ay pwedeng mag-overheat o mag-catch fire kapag na-damage o nag-short circuit—lalo na sa cargo hold kung saan walang tao na makakapansin agad. Kaya dapat hand-carry para monitored siya.

Tips para smooth ang byahe ninyo 🧳

I-check ang power bank bago mag-pack. Siguraduhing walang damage at nakikita ang label ng capacity.

Always hand-carry. Wag talaga ilalagay sa maleta na iche-check in.

Dalhin ang original box o specs kung medyo malaki ang power bank para may proof kayo sa airport staff.

Mag-arrive ng maaga para may time kayo kung may questions ang security.

Ingat lagi sa biyahe, mga kabayan! Share ninyo ito sa kapamilya at kaibigan na may upcoming flight para hindi sila ma-confiscate ng power bank sa airport. 💙

Announcement to All Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in Hungary

Dear Kababayans,

Warm greetings from PASEI.

We would like to share an important update regarding recent developments in Hungary following the parliamentary elections held last Sunday.

We understand that such news may raise questions or concerns among our fellow OFWs currently working and residing in Hungary. In this regard, we would like to reassure everyone, based on guidance from our partners, that:

The legal status of OFWs currently residing and working in Hungary remains secure; and
The extension of your stay in Hungary is guaranteed, provided that all legal requirements and conditions are met.

While there are indications that the new government may introduce reforms to the guest worker system in the future, please be advised that the scope, content, and timing of any such reforms are not yet determined. Any changes, if implemented, are expected to take place in the mid-term and will be properly communicated once official details are available.

At this time, there is no immediate cause for concern, and all OFWs are encouraged to continue complying with existing laws, regulations, and employment conditions.

HUNGARY ELECTION 2026: Ano ang mangyayari sa ating mga "Guest Workers"? 🇭🇺🇵🇭

Kumalat na ang balita: Panalo si Péter Magyar at ang TISZA Party sa Hungary! Pero kasabay ng panalo nila, marami sa ating mga kababayan ang nagtatanong: "Pauuwiin na ba kami? May trabaho pa ba kami?"

Heto ang kailangan niyo malaman (Simplehan natin):

📌 The Reality Check:
Totoo na naging matapang ang bagong gobyerno sa pagsabing gusto nilang limitahan ang mga foreign workers para unahin ang mga lokal na Hungarians. Maaaring maging mas mahigpit ang pag-apply ng mga bagong visa at permits simula ngayon.

📌 The Good News:
Dahil ang TISZA Party ay "pro-Europe," obligado silang sumunod sa mas maayos na batas para sa karapatan ng mga manggagawa. Kung legal ang kontrata mo, protektado ka ng batas. Hindi ito biglaang "paalisin lahat"—it’s more about regulating and cleaning the system.

📌 Advice sa mga OFW sa Hungary:

Be Document-Ready: Siguraduhing kumpleto at updated ang inyong Work Permits at OEC.

Stay Legal: Iwasan ang anumang "side hustle" na hindi pasok sa inyong visa category.

Don't Panic: Ang mga pagbabago sa batas ay dumadaan sa proseso. Hindi ito nangyayari overnight.

Tandaan, sa bawat pagbabago ng gobyerno, may challenge pero may opportunity din para sa mas maayos na sistema. Keep manifesting, stay informed, at 'wag papatalo sa kaba! 💪✨
