Are you playing small without even realizing it? Swipe through and be honest with yourself. 👀
You don’t always shrink loudly. Sometimes it’s the compliment you deflect, the opinion you soften, the dream you downgrade before anyone even gets to hear the real size of it.
Here’s how to actually stop, not just know about it:
Notice the exact moment you shrink, the meeting, the room, the conversation, and name it out loud to yourself in the moment.
Say the thing at full size once, before you talk yourself into the smaller version.
Let a compliment land without adding a disclaimer after it.
Stop pre-apologizing for taking up space you were actually given.
Playing small was never humility. It was just fear that learned good manners.
Send this to someone who’s been shrinking herself and doesn’t even realize it anymore. 🤍
