Part 3 – The Secret Behind Their Marriage

The banquet hall fell into complete silence after the marriage certificate was revealed. No one could believe that Alya and Arga had secretly become husband and wife.

Just as everyone struggled to process the shocking news, the mysterious man stepped forward with a sealed envelope in his hand.

"I've been looking for the right time to reveal this," he said calmly.

He handed the envelope to Arga's grandmother.

Inside were old documents, faded photographs, and a handwritten letter that had been hidden for more than twenty years.

As she read the letter, her hands began to tremble.

"What... this can't be true."

Everyone watched in confusion.

The letter revealed that decades earlier, Alya's grandfather and Arga's grandfather had once been inseparable friends. Together, they built a successful company from nothing. But after a terrible misunderstanding, they accused each other of betrayal and became lifelong enemies.

Before their friendship fell apart, they had made one final promise.

If they ever had grandchildren, the two families would be united through marriage so the hatred between them would finally end.

Unfortunately, neither family ever learned the complete truth.

Someone had secretly altered important business records, making both grandfathers believe they had been betrayed by the other.

The real culprit had disappeared without leaving a trace.

After reading the letter, both grandparents realized they had spent decades hating the wrong person.

Before anyone could speak, the mysterious man dropped another bombshell.

"The person who destroyed your friendship... is still alive."

The room instantly erupted into whispers.

"Who is it?" Arga demanded.

The man slowly turned toward one of the senior executives standing quietly at the back of the hall.

"It was him."

Every pair of eyes shifted toward the elderly executive.

He tried to deny everything, but the mysterious man produced financial records, signed contracts, and bank transfers proving that he had secretly manipulated both companies for years while making the two families blame each other.

Knowing the truth had finally been exposed, the executive suddenly ran toward the exit.

Arga immediately chased after him.

The man rushed into the parking garage, jumped into a waiting car, and sped away.

Without hesitation, Arga followed in his own vehicle.

A dangerous chase unfolded through the crowded city streets.

Just when Arga was about to catch him, the executive's car crashed into a concrete barrier.

The police arrived moments later and arrested him.

During questioning, the executive confessed that he had created the conflict years ago to seize control of both family businesses. Everything, including the arranged marriages and the misunderstandings between the two families, had been manipulated to protect his secret.

With the truth finally revealed, both families realized how much time they had wasted living in anger.

For the first time in decades, Alya's grandfather extended his hand to Arga's grandmother.

She accepted it with tears in her eyes.

As everyone celebrated their long-awaited reconciliation, Arga quietly held Alya's hand.

"It seems our marriage wasn't an accident after all," he whispered.

Alya smiled warmly.

"No... maybe it was destiny's way of healing two broken families."

Neither of them noticed that someone was secretly watching from across the street.

The mysterious woman smiled faintly before getting into a black car.

"Tell the boss," she said softly.

"They've discovered only half of the truth."

The car disappeared into the night...

And the real mastermind had yet to reveal himself.

Part 2 – A Marriage That Started With a Lie

After officially registering their marriage, Alya and Arga believed their biggest problems were finally behind them. They rented a small apartment and agreed to keep their marriage a secret until the right time.

For the first few days, everything seemed peaceful. Alya took care of Arga while he recovered from his injured leg. Their relationship slowly became more natural, and they even started enjoying each other's company.

But their quiet life didn't last long.

One morning, Arga received a phone call from his grandmother.

"I've found the perfect bride for you," she said. "Come home tomorrow. The engagement banquet is already arranged."

Arga froze. His grandmother still had no idea he was already legally married.

At the same time, Alya received an even more shocking message from her grandfather.

"If you refuse to marry the man I've chosen, you'll lose your inheritance and never be allowed to return to this family."

Neither of them wanted to reveal their secret marriage too soon. They knew both families had been enemies in business for years, and exposing the truth could make everything worse.

The next day, they decided to pretend they were strangers.

However, fate had other plans.

The moment Alya walked into the banquet hall with her grandfather, she saw Arga standing beside his grandmother. Their eyes met across the room, but neither dared to react.

Just as everyone prepared to introduce the future bride and groom, the master of ceremonies made an unbelievable announcement.

"Today, we are honored to witness the engagement of Miss Alya and Mr. Arga."

The entire hall fell silent.

Both of them stared at each other in complete disbelief.

Before either of them could explain, their marriage certificate accidentally slipped out of Alya's handbag and landed on the floor.

One of the guests picked it up.

His expression instantly changed.

"Wait... they're already husband and wife."

The room exploded into chaos.

Their grandparents stood frozen in shock, while dozens of guests watched in complete silence.

No one could believe that the couple everyone had spent months trying to bring together had secretly married each other long before the engagement ceremony.

And just when it seemed nothing else could surprise them...

A middle-aged man walked into the banquet hall carrying a sealed envelope.

"I have evidence," he announced loudly.

"This marriage was never a coincidence... Someone has been manipulating both families from the very beginning."

The room instantly turned silent once again.

Who was secretly controlling everything?

And what was hidden inside that mysterious envelope?

On what was supposed to be the happiest day of her life, Alya made a decision that shocked everyone. While guests filled the wedding hall and her family eagerly waited for the ceremony to begin, she quietly slipped out through the back door. Dressed in her wedding gown, she ran as fast as she could, determined to escape a marriage she had never wanted.

Breathless and terrified, Alya rushed onto the main road and desperately waved down a passing motorcycle.

"Please... take me away from here as fast as you can," she pleaded.

The rider, Arga, was caught off guard by the strange request. But after seeing the fear in her eyes, he decided to help without asking any questions.

Moments after they sped away, several bodyguards blocked the road ahead. Arga quickly turned the motorcycle around and accelerated. Within seconds, multiple cars began chasing them through the streets.

The pursuit lasted for several minutes. Arga pushed the motorcycle to its limit, weaving through traffic until they finally managed to lose the pursuers. Just when they thought they were safe, a speeding vehicle appeared from the opposite direction. Arga instinctively shielded Alya with his own body before a violent collision sent them crashing onto the road.

When Alya regained consciousness, she discovered that she had suffered only minor injuries. Arga, however, had been seriously hurt while protecting her. Overwhelmed with guilt, she stayed by his side in the hospital, caring for him every day and hoping he would recover.

One afternoon, as Alya leaned closer to check on him, Arga suddenly woke up. Their faces were so close that they accidentally kissed. Embarrassed, Alya immediately stepped back.

Before either of them could say anything, she overheard that her family's bodyguards had found the hospital. Knowing they would force her to return, she quietly slipped away despite Arga's attempts to stop her.

After Alya disappeared, Arga's grandmother visited him. Furious that he had vanished on his wedding day, she warned him that he would have to marry as soon as he recovered.

Although Arga said nothing, he blamed the mysterious girl for turning his life upside down. He vowed that one day he would find her.

Meanwhile, both families were thrown into complete chaos. On the wedding day, everyone discovered that the bride had somehow been replaced by an elderly woman, while the groom had been replaced by Arga's assistant. The ceremony ended in embarrassment, becoming the talk of the town.

Ironically, no one realized that Alya and Arga had actually been arranged to marry each other from the very beginning.

Three months later, Arga finally found Alya. To his surprise, she was meeting another man on a blind date arranged by her grandfather. Remembering how she had disappeared without a word, Arga couldn't hide his frustration.

He pretended to be a man still struggling to walk because of his injuries. As Alya left the restaurant, he approached her with tears in his eyes.

"I risked my life to save you," he said dramatically. "How could you go on a date with someone else?"

Alya stared at him in confusion. She didn't recognize him at all.

Taking advantage of the situation, Arga hugged her tightly and begged her not to abandon him again. The awkward scene quickly ruined the blind date, and the other man quietly walked away.

Only after Arga mentioned the accident from three months earlier did Alya finally remember him.

"I'm so sorry," she said sincerely. "I never wanted to leave you. I only ran because my family had found me. I owe you my life, and I'll do anything to repay you."

At that moment, Arga remembered his grandmother's ultimatum. She expected him to get married the very next day.

"Then marry me," he said.

The unexpected proposal left Alya speechless. But she was also trying to escape another arranged marriage. After thinking it over, she smiled and agreed.

That same day, they officially registered their marriage.

As they walked home together, Alya noticed that Arga was still limping and suggested returning to the hospital. He laughed and admitted that he was tired of hospitals, so instead they spent the afternoon walking through a nearby park.

For the first time since they had met, they talked without fear, anger, or misunderstandings. Day by day, they learned more about each other. What had begun as a marriage of convenience slowly grew into genuine love.

Eventually, both families learned the truth. After hearing everything that had happened, their anger gradually faded into acceptance.

Arga's grandmother couldn't help but laugh.

"It seems you two were always meant to be together," she said. "You simply chose the most complicated path to find each other."

Months later, after Arga had fully recovered, he took Alya back to the very road where they had first met.

"If you hadn't stopped my motorcycle that day," he said with a smile, "we probably would have remained strangers forever."

Alya smiled back as she slipped her hand into his.

"Maybe destiny has its own way of bringing the right people together."

Hand in hand, they walked toward a future neither of them had expected, proving that sometimes the greatest love stories begin with the most unexpected escape.

Early that morning, rain poured down as a young mother named Nadia stood in front of her small rented house, holding the hands of her two children. Their savings were almost gone. For months, Nadia had taken every odd job she could find, but it was never enough to provide a decent life for her children. Determined to give them a better future, she promised herself she would accept any honest job that came her way.

That day, she was invited to an interview for a live-in housekeeping position. Although the work would be demanding, Nadia believed it was the opportunity she had been praying for.

When she arrived at the employer's company, she was greeted politely. The interview was surprisingly brief. The employer simply asked about her experience with cooking, cleaning, and managing a household.

Nadia answered every question honestly and confidently. Impressed by her sincerity and skills, the man immediately offered her the job and asked her to start the following day.

However, Nadia had one concern.

"I'm afraid I might have trouble finding your house tomorrow. Would it be alright if I came by this afternoon just to familiarize myself with the area?"

The man nodded.

"Of course. I'll still be at the office, so just let yourself in when you arrive."

That afternoon, Nadia purchased a few groceries with her own money before heading to the address. But when she reached the entrance to the luxurious neighborhood, the security guard stopped her because her name had not yet been registered.

Feeling embarrassed, she called her future employer. Moments later, the guard received a phone call from the homeowner and immediately allowed her inside.

As Nadia stepped into the magnificent house, she was amazed by its elegant interior. Every room was beautifully decorated.

But one thing caught her attention.

The large refrigerator was almost empty.

Feeling sorry for the man who seemed too busy to care for himself, she neatly arranged the fruits, vegetables, and groceries she had brought before quietly leaving.

The next morning, Nadia arrived before sunrise.

She noticed that her employer was still asleep, so she quietly cleaned the house and prepared breakfast without making a sound.

By the time the man came downstairs, Nadia had already finished her work.

A warm breakfast and a freshly brewed cup of coffee were waiting on the dining table.

He took a bite.

Then another.

The flavors were exactly the way he liked them.

Without hesitation, he called Nadia later that day and asked her to return the following morning to sign an official employment contract.

On her third day, everything changed.

While pouring hot water into a cup, Nadia didn't realize her employer had walked up behind her.

As she turned around, the cup slipped from her hand.

Hot water splashed onto the man's clothes.

Nadia froze in horror.

"I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to do that!"

Since she had never clearly seen her employer's face before, she was so startled that she even asked who he was.

Only seconds later did she realize the truth.

The man standing in front of her was the owner of the house.

Her face turned pale as she repeatedly apologized.

Instead of getting angry, the man smiled calmly.

"It's alright. I'll go change my clothes."

He walked upstairs without blaming her.

Nadia stood there, overwhelmed with guilt. She was convinced she would lose her job before it had truly begun.

A few minutes later, the man came back downstairs wearing fresh clothes.

"I'm fine," he said with a lighthearted smile.

Nadia nervously asked,

"Are you going to fire me?"

The man shook his head.

"Everyone makes mistakes. Just be more careful next time. After you finish preparing breakfast, you can go home. Don't forget to come back this evening to make dinner."

Hearing those words, Nadia finally let out a sigh of relief.

On her way home, she couldn't stop thinking about the accident.

Feeling guilty, she used the little money she had left to buy burn ointment for her employer.

That evening, after preparing dinner, she quietly placed the medicine on the dining table along with a handwritten note.

It read:

"I'm truly sorry for what happened this morning. I hope your burn heals quickly."

Then she quietly left.

Later that night, the man noticed the ointment and the letter.

As he read her heartfelt apology, a warm smile appeared on his face.

For the first time in years, the once-lonely house felt a little warmer.

He sat down to enjoy the dinner Nadia had prepared.

Every dish tasted exceptional.

Without realizing it, he took out his phone and photographed the meal as a keepsake.

Over the following weeks, Nadia continued working diligently, while the man grew to admire her kindness, honesty, and dedication.

One afternoon, everything changed.

Nadia was showing him a short video of her two children when he suddenly froze.

He stared at their faces in silence.

The more he looked, the stronger the strange feeling became.

Their eyes...

Their smiles...

Even their expressions...

They looked remarkably similar to his own.

His heart began to race.

Countless questions flooded his mind.

Was it nothing more than an unbelievable coincidence?

Or was there a forgotten chapter from the past that was finally about to reveal itself?

Meanwhile, Nadia noticed nothing unusual.

She simply hoped to keep her job so she could provide a better future for her children.

Neither of them realized that fate had already begun to uncover a secret hidden for years.

What started as nothing more than an employer hiring a housekeeper was slowly becoming the beginning of a life-changing story—one that neither of them could have imagined.

At the beginning of the rainy season, the city was covered in gray skies, with rain-soaked streets stretching in every direction. Amid her demanding career as an investigative journalist, a young woman named Rania had only one purpose in life. She wasn't chasing fame or recognition. She wanted to uncover the truth behind her father's mysterious death—a case that had remained unsolved for four years. No one knew the real reason she continued risking everything in pursuit of the truth.

One morning, Rania was assigned to cover a legal conference featuring the country's most successful attorney. She assumed it would be another ordinary assignment.

But the moment the man walked into the conference hall, she froze.

It was Arga.

The man she had abandoned four years ago.

Arga looked at her briefly. His expression remained calm and unreadable. Without saying a word, he turned away and walked past her as if she were a complete stranger.

Seeing him again instantly brought back memories she had tried so hard to bury.

Four years earlier, Arga had been a quiet law student from a poor family. He worked several part-time jobs just to pay for tuition and survive.

Rania, whose family was financially stable, quietly helped him whenever she could. She bought his textbooks, paid for meals, and even covered some of his rent.

As time passed, friendship blossomed into love.

They became inseparable, supporting each other through every hardship. Arga promised that one day he would become successful and repay every sacrifice she had made for him.

But everything changed.

One night, Rania's father died in what authorities called an accident. The more she investigated, the more convinced she became that powerful people were involved.

She was terrified.

If those people discovered her relationship with Arga, his life could also be in danger.

To protect him, she made the most heartbreaking decision of her life.

On a stormy night, she ended their relationship.

Arga ran after her through the pouring rain, desperately begging her to explain.

He pleaded for one more chance.

But Rania only cried, refusing to reveal the truth.

In the end, Arga dropped to his knees in the middle of the rain, begging her not to leave.

Still, Rania walked away without looking back.

That night became the end of their love story.

Four years later, Arga had become one of the nation's most respected lawyers, winning major cases and earning widespread recognition.

Meanwhile, Rania had become an investigative reporter, dedicating her career to solving the mystery surrounding her father's death.

After the conference ended, Rania chased after Arga, hoping to interview him.

In front of everyone, he rejected her coldly, leaving her embarrassed.

Even so, she refused to give up.

"I only need five minutes," she said softly.

Only then did Arga realize she was now a journalist.

When Rania asked why he had changed so much, Arga didn't answer. Instead, he quietly placed a hotel key card into her hand.

"If you really want to talk, come to my room at ten tonight."

Before she could decide whether to go, her editor instructed her to accompany him to a business dinner with an important client.

The moment she entered the private dining room, she was stunned.

The client was Arga.

Her editor quietly asked her to apologize because the previous day's encounter had offended him.

Reluctantly, Rania raised a glass in apology.

Instead of accepting it, Arga poured the drink onto the table.

"Have you really forgotten that I never drink alcohol?"

His words struck her deeply.

She realized he still remembered even the smallest details about her.

Unable to hold back her emotions, Rania left the room and sat alone on the roadside, silently crying.

From a distance, Arga watched her.

For four years, one question had haunted him every single day.

Why had the woman who once loved him so deeply suddenly abandoned him without a single explanation?

That night, he finally sent her a message.

"Come to the hotel."

Rania arrived a short time later.

The moment she saw him, tears streamed down her face.

"I'm sorry..."

Before she could finish, Arga interrupted.

"Are you apologizing to the man standing before you today... or to the man who knelt in the rain four years ago?"

The question left her speechless.

She quietly told him that if he truly hated her, she would disappear from his life forever beginning the next day.

Before leaving, she gathered the courage to ask him for one favor.

She wanted him to help investigate her father's death.

Arga looked at her in silence.

To him, she hadn't returned because she trusted him.

She had returned because she had nowhere else to turn.

He reminded her that four years earlier, he had knelt in the rain and begged her hundreds of times not to leave him.

That night had changed him forever.

Even now, Rania still couldn't bring herself to reveal the real reason she had walked away.

After that meeting, they returned to their separate lives.

But for the first time in years, Arga began to realize that Rania had been carrying a painful secret all along.

At the same time, Rania became certain that the only person capable of helping her uncover the truth was the man whose heart she had once shattered.

Both of them still carried scars that time had never healed.

Both of them lived with regret.

Neither of them realized that the mystery behind her father's death would soon pull them back together into a conspiracy far greater than either of them had ever imagined.

Their story was far from over.

In fact, everything that had happened over the past four years was only the beginning of a much bigger truth waiting to be uncovered.

15/07/2026

Rain had been falling since late afternoon when Arga finished work. For seven years, he had tried to move on with his life, but there was one name he could never erase from his heart—Nisa. No matter how hard he tried to convince himself that everything was over, fate seemed to have other plans.

That day, Arga visited a hospital to see a coworker who had been admitted. As he walked down a quiet hallway, he suddenly froze. Standing at the other end was the woman he had loved more than anyone else. It was Nisa, the ex-girlfriend he had not seen in seven years.

His heart pounded uncontrollably. Before he could walk toward her, his eyes fell on a little boy hugging her affectionately. A nurse smiled at Nisa and asked about the child's condition.

In that instant, Arga reached his own conclusion.

"So... she's married now," he whispered.

The realization shattered his heart.

Nisa noticed him and paused for a moment. Although her expression remained calm, her eyes revealed emotions she struggled to hide.

"It's been a long time," Arga said softly.

"It has."

"How have you been?"

"I'm doing well."

Silence filled the hallway.

Finally, Nisa spoke.

"If we ever meet again, please treat me like a stranger."

Those words hurt Arga even more than the day she left him. Without waiting for a reply, Nisa turned around and walked away without looking back.

Arga stood there motionless until she disappeared from sight.

The truth was, he had never stopped loving her.

A little later, Arga noticed Nisa talking on the phone in the hospital garden. By chance, he overheard part of her conversation.

"Okay, darling... I'll be back soon."

The word "darling" tightened his chest.

Unable to control himself, Arga rushed over and snatched the phone from her hand.

When he saw the contact name saved as "Darling," anger took over. He immediately ended the call.

"What are you doing?" Nisa demanded, trying to take her phone back.

Arga refused to return it.

At that moment, he noticed that her shoulders were soaked by the rain.

Without saying a word, he removed his jacket and gently placed it over her shoulders before pulling her into the hallway to keep her out of the rain.

Their eyes met.

After suppressing his feelings for seven long years, Arga slowly leaned closer.

Before he could do anything, Nisa shoved him away.

Slap!

Her hand struck his face.

"Have you lost your mind?" she shouted.

"We broke up seven years ago. Stop interfering with my life."

Arga looked straight into her eyes.

"I still love you."

For a brief moment, Nisa fell silent.

Those words should have made her happy, but the truth she had buried for years kept her from accepting him.

Seven years earlier, they had been deeply in love.

They had even dreamed of spending the rest of their lives together.

Everything changed when Nisa's mother discovered their relationship.

She strongly opposed it, believing Arga came from a poor family and could never provide the future her daughter deserved.

Then she gave Nisa an impossible choice.

"If you stay with him, don't ever call me your mother again."

Nisa cried all night.

She knew Arga had done nothing wrong.

But she also couldn't bear the thought of losing her mother.

With a broken heart, she ended their relationship.

To make sure Arga would hate her and move on, she deliberately said the cruelest words she could think of.

"You're nothing more than my dog."

That day, Arga fell to his knees, begging her not to leave.

But Nisa forced herself to walk away while silently crying.

From that moment on, they never saw each other again.

What Arga never knew was that Nisa had never dated another man.

She chose to live alone, carrying the memories of their love in silence.

The little boy Arga saw at the hospital wasn't her son.

He was the child of her best friend, who had asked Nisa to babysit while she was busy at work.

The phone call Arga overheard was also a misunderstanding.

Her best friend had jokingly saved her own contact as "Darling."

But Arga didn't know any of that.

The next day, he returned to the hospital carrying several gifts.

As soon as he saw the little boy, he smiled.

"Hi there. I'm here to visit my future son."

The boy blinked in confusion.

"Who are you?"

"I'm your mom's boyfriend."

Before the child could say another word, Nisa quickly pulled Arga out of the room.

"Why are you here again?" she asked in frustration.

"I'm not giving up."

"My husband will be here any minute."

Arga smiled faintly.

"I want to meet the man who had the courage to marry the woman I still love."

Nisa let out a helpless sigh.

She had no idea where to begin explaining the truth.

Arga had already convinced himself that everything he believed was real.

Even so, deep inside her heart, a small hope still remained.

She hoped that one day, every misunderstanding would finally come to light.

That Arga would discover there had never been a husband.

There had never been a betrayal.

And there had never been another man who took his place in her heart.

As Arga left the hospital, he made a silent promise to himself.

No matter what it took, he would uncover the truth.

Because a love that had survived seven years deserved more than an ending built on misunderstandings.

15/07/2026

It had been five long years since Ethan's fiancée, Olivia, disappeared without leaving behind a single explanation. Everyone believed she had abandoned him on the eve of their wedding. Although Ethan had tried to move on, he had never truly forgotten the woman he once loved with all his heart.

One day, while attending a business conference at a luxury hotel, Ethan caught sight of a woman who looked exactly like Olivia. She was walking with a man and a little girl, smiling as if she had built a brand-new life. At first, Ethan convinced himself it was just a coincidence.

Moments later, the elevator doors opened, and the woman stood right in front of him.

Their eyes met.

Olivia recognized him immediately, yet she simply nodded politely, pretending they had never met before. Without saying a word, Ethan quietly turned around and walked away.

His best friend, Ryan, hurried after him.

"Was that really Olivia? Why did she pretend not to know you? And... is that her husband and daughter?"

Ethan remained silent.

Back in his hotel room, he called the hotel manager.

"Please upgrade Miss Olivia's room to the presidential suite. Charge everything to my account."

Ryan stared at him in disbelief.

"After everything she did to you, you're still helping her?"

Ethan looked out the window.

"Because once... she was the person I loved most."

Five years earlier, they had been only one day away from becoming husband and wife. Their wedding was fully prepared, and both families were eagerly waiting for the ceremony.

Then tragedy struck.

Olivia's younger brother framed Ethan's younger sister, leading to a devastating incident that claimed her life. During the chaos, Ethan was seriously injured while trying to protect Olivia.

From that day on, Ethan's mother blamed Olivia for everything that had happened.

After Ethan was hospitalized, his mother ordered her bodyguards to force Olivia out and never let her come back.

Unable to explain herself, Olivia disappeared from Ethan's life.

The following morning, Olivia was surprised to learn that her room had been upgraded to a luxury suite free of charge. She had no idea who arranged it, but deep inside, she suspected only one person would do something so thoughtful.

Later that day, Olivia visited her younger brother in prison.

"I still can't forgive what happened," she said quietly.

Her brother lowered his head in shame.

"Before you leave... please visit Ethan's sister's grave and apologize for me."

Olivia agreed.

That afternoon, she arrived at the cemetery carrying a bouquet of fresh flowers.

Before she could place them on the grave, a black sedan pulled up.

Ethan stepped out with his mother.

The moment Ethan's mother saw Olivia, anger filled her face.

"What are you doing here?"

"My brother asked me to come and apologize," Olivia answered softly.

Without hesitation, Ethan's mother snatched the flowers from her hands and threw them back at her.

"Take your flowers and leave. You don't belong here."

Olivia said nothing.

She picked up the flowers, bowed respectfully, and quietly walked away.

Rain began pouring from the sky.

As Olivia walked alone through the storm, her tears blended with the rain.

Watching from inside his car, Ethan couldn't ignore what he saw.

He asked the driver to take his mother home first.

Then he grabbed an umbrella and walked toward Olivia.

"Why didn't your husband come to pick you up?" he asked.

Olivia remained silent.

Ethan opened the passenger door.

"Let me drive you home."

The ride was painfully quiet.

Finally, Ethan broke the silence.

"Why did you leave me without saying a single word?"

Olivia remembered the harsh warning his mother had given her five years ago. Believing that leaving was the only way to protect the family from more pain, she chose to keep the truth buried.

She simply looked out the window without answering.

Frustrated, Ethan muttered,

"If your husband lets you walk home alone in the rain, then he's completely useless."

The words pierced Olivia's heart.

She turned and slapped him across the face.

"Don't talk about someone you don't know."

She immediately reached for the door handle, desperate to leave, but the doors were locked.

No matter how hard she tried, they wouldn't open.

Ethan simply sat there in silence, watching her.

Days later, the truth finally came to light.

The man and little girl Ethan had seen at the hotel were not Olivia's husband and daughter. They were simply business clients she had been meeting.

Olivia had never married anyone.

For the past five years, she had been raising a little boy all by herself.

That child was Ethan's son.

The moment Ethan learned the truth, every misunderstanding from the past finally made sense. The woman he believed had abandoned him had actually sacrificed everything to protect the people she loved.

Now, the anger that had lived in his heart for years was replaced by overwhelming regret.

But after five years of pain, misunderstanding, and silence... could two people who once loved each other still find the courage to begin again?
