- Fixed a few issues with the Chinese and French localizations

You don't have the right to complain if you don't vote. In the past the voters had a reason that they don't like any of the candidates. Now you don't have a reason. If you don't like anyone, go for NOTA. Please vote, your vote DOES make a difference.
