A man identified as Pavel Smirnov, 32, from Samara, was struck by lightning while on holiday by the sea in the city of Batumi, Georgia🇬🇪.

In the evening Pavel went to the beach with his friends to watch the sunset, while on the beach Pavel and his friends were listening to music while dancing, when suddenly lightning struck Pavel

Medical workers who received reports of the incident arrived at the scene and took the man to the hospital with burns to his stomach, back and legs.

Doctors said he survived and did not suffer serious injuries.

Pavel spoke about what he experienced after being struck by lightning.

Your whole stomach feels very hot, it is difficult to breathe, and your limbs do not work.

I thought I was going to die from drowning or burning. My whole stomach was burning, "said Pavel

When he came to, he thought he was badly injured because he could not feel his body.

A tragic incident happened a few days ago at the "Genghis Khan" gym in Taiwan🇹🇼. When a member of the gym was hit by a barbell while lifting the barbell for bench press training.

For about 1 minute the barbell fell on his neck. Fortunately, other members at the scene noticed the incident and immediately rescued him.

TRAGIC INCIDENT, BUS CARRYING SCHOOL CHILDREN BURNED, 20 students died and 3 teachers died !!

The students were on a tour but unfortunately the bus they were riding caught fire in Pathum Thani, Thailand 🇹🇭 on Tuesday, October 1, 2024.

According to the authorities, the cause of the bus fire is being investigated.

The 3 students survived but suffered burns and are being treated at PatRangsit Hospital.

In Uzbekistan/Tashkent, a train hit a teenager who was cycling because he was wearing headphones🤦‍♂️

Tradition Ends in Sadness, Youth in Pangkep Dies Stabbed by Badik During Angngaru at a Wedding Event

A man in Pangkep Regency, South Sulawesi, died after being stabbed by a badik while presenting a traditional angngaru performance at a wedding party.

"If you look at the video, while the victim was holding the knife, he pointed the knife at the left side of his chest, perhaps because he was careless he was stabbed," said Labakkang Police Chief Inspector Aidil Akbar.

When he fell, residents immediately ran the victim to the Pundata Baji Community Health Center. However, on the way the victim died.

A 55-year-old Cuban immigrant, America Thayer, was beheaded by her 42-year-old boyfriend, Alexis Saborit, before Alexis dumped the body in the street.

According to co-workers, Thayer had been in a long-term relationship with Alexis, but domestic violence was a "constant problem" for the couple, and Alexis had been convicted of domestic assault in 2017.

However, the pretrial no-contact order against Alexis was lifted at the request of Thayer, who promised that they would seek any help necessary.

During court proceedings, Alexis claimed to have mental health problems, but evidence was found to suggest that he had made deliberate decisions on the day of the attack, such as using an 8-pound barbell and a machete during the attack.

Nonetheless, in July 2023, Alexis was found not guilty by reason of mental illness, and he will be transferred to a psychiatric treatment facility.
