The more I travel, the more I understand myself… and the more I understand people. 🫶🏼

Travel teaches you things no classroom ever could.
Not just about places, cultures, or food — but about life, emotions, and human connection.

The more countries I visit, the more I realize that everyone is fighting silent battles, chasing dreams, healing from something, or simply trying to survive life the best way they can. And somehow, despite our differences in language, culture, and lifestyle… we all feel the same emotions.

Travel also helped me discover parts of myself I never knew existed.
I learned how adaptable I can be.
How brave I can become in unfamiliar places.
How peaceful life feels when I stop rushing and start appreciating little moments.

Some trips humbled me.
Some healed me.
Some changed my perspective completely.

There were moments I got lost, missed buses, struggled with communication, got tired, and felt uncomfortable — but those moments became some of the best stories I now carry with me.

And maybe that’s the beauty of traveling.
You don’t just collect photos and passport stamps.
You collect lessons, memories, perspectives, and versions of yourself you never met before.

The world is so big, yet somehow travel makes it feel connected. 🌍✨

Life is too short. Do whatever makes
you happy. Post everything. Dream big.
Take risks. Listen to yourself more.
Wake up early. Stop caring too much.
Get that bag. Eat good food.
You can only score if you shot.

Nothing humbles me more than
realizing how many things I once
prayed for are now part of my
normal life, and I barely even
notice them anymore.

Who says money can’t buy happiness? Probably someone who waited too long.

Because the truth is—travel isn’t something you postpone for “someday.” It’s something you choose while you still can.

Looking at this photo, it’s not just cash and boarding passes. It’s movement. It’s proof that you didn’t wait for the perfect time—you made time. Different currencies, crumpled receipts, tickets with gate numbers… these are small things, but they represent something bigger: you showed up for your own life.

A lot of people say, “I’ll travel when I retire,” or “when I have more money,” or “when life slows down.” But life doesn’t slow down. Your body does. Your energy does. Your ability to walk 10km in a day, to sleep in airports, to carry your own bags without thinking twice—that changes.

You don’t travel when your body can’t move anymore.
You travel while it still can. While you’re working. While you’re building. While you’re tired—but still capable.

Because travel was never about luxury. It’s about timing.

That money in your hand? It could sit in a bank, waiting for a future that’s not guaranteed. Or it could turn into moments—getting lost in a new city, eating something unfamiliar, realizing the world is so much bigger than your routine.

Be realistic, yes. Budget. Save. Be smart.
But don’t wait for a life that feels “ready.”

Sometimes, happiness looks like this: a handful of foreign cash, a stack of boarding passes, and the decision to go anyway. ✈️

Happy Songkran! 💦🔫🎉🥳

If you’ve ever wondered ano pakiramdam ng nasa gitna ka ng malaking water fight na walang kawala—welcome to Songkran.

Songkran is Thailand’s New Year celebration every April, pero hindi siya yung typical na “celebrate lang.” It’s culture + chaos + fun—all in one. As in, within minutes paglabas mo pa lang, basang-basa ka na. No warning, no mercy 😆

At its core, may meaning talaga siya. Traditionally, people visit temples, pour water over Buddha statues, and gently sprinkle water sa elders as a sign of respect and blessing. Very calm, very cultural. Pero paglabas mo ng streets? Ibang story na.

Biglang magiging battlefield. Water guns, timba, hoses—lahat na. Kahit sino pwede ka buhusan, locals man or tourists. Wala kang lusot kahit naglalakad ka lang to buy food—you’re automatically part of the game. And honestly? That’s where the fun is.

What makes Songkran special is yung balance niya. You can start your day slow and meaningful—temple visits, appreciating the culture—then end it soaked, laughing, and dancing sa streets with strangers. It’s that kind of travel experience na hindi mo makukuha sa itinerary lang.

And here’s the thing—Songkran really teaches you to live in the moment. Walang control-control dito. You can’t stay clean, you can’t stay “perfect,” and honestly, you shouldn’t even try. You just let go. You stop worrying about your phone, your outfit, your plans—and you just experience everything as it happens. That’s the real highlight.

Real talk tips if balak mo:

* Waterproof everything. Hindi safe phone mo dito 😅
* Wear light clothes. Forget OOTD—survival mode ito
* Respect the culture. Hindi lahat ng places pang basaan, especially temples
* Be ready maglakad at mapagod—this is not a chill trip

Songkran is not for the “picture-picture lang” traveler. This is for people na okay mabasa, mapagod, at sumabay sa energy ng place.

Kasi at the end of the day, it’s not just about getting wet—it’s about letting go, being present, and fully living the moment.

And once you’ve tried it… parang ang boring na ng ibang New Year celebrations 😆💦✈️

🏙️ ICONSIAM trivia (Bangkok)

• ICONSIAM is often called the “Mother of All Malls” in Thailand because of its massive size and luxury design.
• It sits right along the Chao Phraya River, giving it one of the most scenic mall views in Bangkok.
• Inside, it’s not just shopping—there’s even an indoor floating market concept that recreates traditional Thai riverside culture.
• ICONSIAM houses SookSiam, a cultural zone featuring food and crafts from all 77 provinces of Thailand.
• The mall has its own luxury residential towers above it, making it a true mixed-use lifestyle landmark.
• At night, the riverside view becomes a popular spot because of the light shows and skyline reflections.
• It opened in 2018 and quickly became one of Bangkok’s most iconic modern landmarks.
