Many people DM me asking: “How do you even start working in web3?”

Web3 / Crypto isn’t just about trading.
There are tons of projects trying to solve real-world problems using decentralized technology.

That’s why so many new projects keep popping up — and they need “workers”.

Back then I started as an Axie Infinity “Scholar” — which also counts as a job (this still exists today, but way fewer now).

The roles that can get you a salary of hundreds or even thousands of dollars aren’t that easy to reach.
You’ll probably have to work below minimum wage… or even completely unpaid at first.

Here are the roles you should definitely try if you’re just starting out and want to work in web3:

1. Moderators
This job is extremely simple — you can even do it just with your phone.
Your job is helping confused members and keeping the community rules enforced.

2. Ambassador
Just like brand ambassadors, here you’re fully “hardshilling” the project that made you an ambassador.

3. Bounty bug hunter
For devs or people who can code — you can also get these by DMing the projects directly.

4. Paid grinder / Paid Fiverr artist
This is actually already a very well-known secret among foreigners who want to chase whitelists.
You can get paid a lot just by doing commissions for them.

5. Early Hunter
This role is extremely profitable.
If you have strong conviction in a project, you can actually land a real job from it!
