A simple day: work, good food, a bit of sports to move around, repeat 😄

It’s the little unexpected moments that make everyday life feel more real.

I’ve been using glasses from for 3 years now and recently had to replace a new front frame after a small padel accident. 🎾

Got it sorted and went right back to my day.

There are things only a heart that has fallen can truly understand - and in the end, chooses to surrender. I won’t say this year was easy.
It taught me about loss, about letting go, and how human plans can collapse - yet Allah’s plan always unfolds perfectly.

At this point, I’ve learned one thing: Tawakal - to surrender everything beyond my control, while still walking forward, slowly, but with faith.

And here, I realized - sometimes all you need is to pause,
to see that even pain can carry meaning.

Every journey has its own rhythm - sometimes full of joy, sometimes heavy with lessons.

It was never easy to leave my medical studies behind. I began in the Faculty of Medicine, majoring in Physiotherapy at Hasanuddin University and Profession Physiotherapy at Poltekkes Jakarta 3. From there, my path took a new direction - serving at Pro Duta Medan, Persika, Kateng Putra, and Persita as a Physiotherapy.
 
In mid-2020, I received my first national team call-up as a physiotherapist, a moment that changed my path completely. It began as a chance to serve, to learn, and to grow within the national setup. Then, in 2021 I was entrusted with a new responsibility - to become the team’s secretary. From the treatment room to the coordination desk, from bandages to passports, I learned what it truly means to serve beyond titles.
 
Along the way, I met so many incredible people - some smarter, some more experienced, some with higher titles and achievements. And that is what I loved the most. I never felt small; instead, I felt proud. Proud that we could all work, learn, and complete every challenge together, for the same dream and the same flag.
 
This campaign has been one of the most meaningful chapters of my life. I have seen the fight, the passion, and the heart of every player and staff who wear Garuda on their chest with pride.
 
No matter how this story ends, my gratitude will forever belong to this team - for the memories, the trust, and the shared dreams we carried together for this nation.
 
If the time comes for us to step away, it will never be out of disappointment, but out of respect - for the beautiful game, for this country, and for the people who gave everything behind the scenes.
 
Thank you, Indonesia National Team.
