SILVER MONK
1½ oz. / 45 ml. tequila blanco
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. Yellow Chartreuse
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lime juice
¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. simple syrup
8 mint leaves
2 cucumber wheels
2 drops saline solution

Created by Phil Ward in 2007 at Death & Co., this is a tequila riff on the Old Maid and Eastside family of cocktails. Cucumber and mint bring a familiar fresh backbone, while Chartreuse layers in depth and herbal intensity that sets it apart from the gin versions. Cheers y’all!

• ½ oz / 15 ml jus jeruk nipis segar
• Sejumput garam
• Rosemary dibakar (flamed rosemary)

Minuman ini berasal dari Chris Vanderginst dari Mutiny Bar (Detroit, Michigan). Koktail tiki ini menggunakan tequila sebagai spirit dasar, yang tergolong tidak tradisional karena biasanya genre tiki berfokus pada rum.

“Saya rasa minuman ini adalah contoh yang bagus tentang di mana posisi tiki saat ini dan ke mana arahnya,” ujarnya.
