Happy 25th Birthday, My Dearest Son

My darling son,

Today you turn 25 — a beautiful milestone of life, and though we may be apart, my heart holds you closer than ever. No walls, no bars, no distance can separate a mother’s love from her child. I carried you in my womb, and I carry you still — in my prayers, in my thoughts, and in the very soul of my being.

You are my precious gift from God, wonderfully and fearfully made. I know this season is hard, but it does not define who you are. You are not your mistakes. You are not your past. You are a fighter, a survivor, a beloved child of God — and my brave son.

I bless you today, on your 25th birthday, with every prayer a mother can speak:

May the Lord bless you and keep you,
May His face shine upon you and give you peace.
May strength rise within you like the morning sun,
And hope never leave the gates of your heart.

May you walk through this valley and come out refined — stronger, wiser, full of purpose.
May heaven surround you with angels to guard your heart and mind.
May your future be redeemed with grace, and may every broken piece be made whole.

Never forget who you are — you are loved beyond measure. You are not alone. Even in the silence of the night, God hears your cries and I speak your name in prayer. I believe in your restoration, your healing, and your future. There is so much more to your story, my son. Your light will shine again.

Happy 25th birthday, my warrior, my heart, my forever child. Stay strong. Stay hopeful. One day, we will celebrate in freedom.

In My Beautiful Garden

Though toil by day hath drawn me far,
To chambers high or streets ajar,
My soul, a compass ever true,
Returns to where the roses grew.

Where laughter rings like morning chimes,
From children’s lips in joyful rhymes,
Where hearth and heart in union lie,
Beneath the gentle evening sky.

My garden fair, my sacred bower,
Where lilies bloom in twilight hour,
And jasmine spills her fragrant hymn,
As stars above begin to dim.

No golden throne, nor marble wall,
Could tempt my feet to longer stall,
For in the arms of home I find
A balm to soothe the aching mind.

There, love is sown in silent grace,
And time moves slow in warm embrace;
There, every petal knows my name,
And every breeze speaks soft and tame.

O garden sweet, thy beauty pure,
Makes burdens light, and hearts endure—
For in thy shade, the world grows still,
And all is as the Lord doth will.

With hands entwined and hearts alight,
We taste the fruit of morning’s light,
And in this Eden, humbly made,
Life’s truest joy shall never fade.
