Today is sorting day in our small scrap yard. My husband and my father handle all the heavy lifting for today's shipment, while my job is to sorting everything but type - plastic, metal, card board we work as a family. This is our real life as a junk collectors.

Harvest to plate 🌱today i picked fresh cassava / sweet potato leaves fron my backyard and made KULUPAN
KULUPAN is traditional javanese salad, just boiled leaves server with sambal: simple, healthy, and so delicious!
In Indonesia we don't waste anything. Nature gives us everything we need.

"Harvesting and cooking lencak(black nightshade) from my yard"

Today i cook lencak, i we picked it fresh right in front of our house. In Indonesia, lencak is a wild vegetable that browsing naturally. We stir-fry it with garlic, Chili, and little salt.very simple, healthy, and delicious. No need to go to the market.

"My dad harvested bananas, i made this! Crispy pisang goreng🍌✨

Fresh from my dad's garden! 🍌he Harvested bananas yesterday and some we're perfectly ripe, so i immediately fried them for afternoon snack!
My whole family loves pisang goreng, especially when it's still hot and crispy! Nothing beats garden to table snack!
