- Wanita/Pria Minimal D3/S1 Teknik Sipil atau Arsitektur.
- Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai Estimator Proyek (Fresh Graduate dipersilakan melamar jika kompeten).
- Mampu membaca gambar kerja (AutoCAD & PDF).
- Memiliki kemampuan dasar mengoperasikan AutoCAD dan SketchUp (SKP) untuk menghitung volume pekerjaan (Quantity Take Off/QTO).
- Mampu menyusun RAB dan estimasi biaya proyek secara akurat.
- Mampu menerjemahkan bahasa teknis konstruksi menjadi penjelasan yang sederhana dan mudah dipahami oleh klien.
- Memahami metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan bangun & renovasi rumah.
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel (rumus dasar hingga pengolahan RAB).
- Memahami material bangunan, AHSP/SNI, serta harga material dan upah.
- Teliti, analitis, jujur, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.
- Bersedia melakukan survey lapangan.
- Domisili Jabodetabek diutamakan.
