Peanut Butter Cottage Cheese Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
¼ to ½ cup milk or water (adjust for desired consistency)
Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)

Instructions:
1. Blend:
Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Process:
Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Add more milk/water if it's too thick.
3. Serve:
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately! Great as a post-workout snack or protein-packed breakfast.
