We’re proud to have delivered a two-phase floating pontoon system at the Jeanie Johnston tall ship – a vital part of Dublin’s maritime and cultural heritage.

Commissioned by Dublin City Council and delivered in collaboration with Purcell Construction, RPS, and Urban Agency, this project enhances both access and visitor experience at one of the city’s most iconic landmarks.

Working on a project that honours the Jeanie Johnston – a full-scale replica of the 1847 famine ship – was a privilege. This installation helps ensure the ship’s story continues to be shared with future generations.

🌊 Innovation meets heritage ⚓️

In May 2023, we delivered a bespoke floating concrete breakwater for Haslar Marina, near the entrance to Portsmouth Harbour — built to reduce wave impact and provide berthing for superyachts.

Today, it’s doing both — hosting none other than SHAMROCK V, one of just three original J-Class yachts still sailing.

We’re proud to see our infrastructure supporting both modern needs and timeless legends.

Fuelled up and ready!

We’re proud to have delivered the new heavy-duty fuel pontoon at Weymouth Harbour, part of the exciting regeneration of the quayside.

Built tough for both leisure and commercial vessels, this new facility will keep Weymouth moving for years to come. Great teamwork with Dorset Council, Knights Brown Construction, P & D Environmental Limited and MHPS.👏

A project we were really proud to be part of – the new pontoon we built for Mallaig RNLI lifeboat back in summer 2021.🙌

Set on the west coast of Scotland, Mallaig RNLI has been launching life-saving missions for nearly 60 years. We worked closely with the team to design and install a sturdy ‘U’-shaped pontoon and bridge system, specially made to berth their Severn Class All-Weather Lifeboat.

Delivered preassembled and fitted with anti-slip decking, the new set-up gives the crew safer, faster access to their lifeboat when every second counts. Honoured to support such an incredible team doing vital work at sea!

Living Seawalls on the Move 🙌

We're excited to see this set of Living Seawalls panels leaving our manufacturing plant in Banagher and heading off to Conwy Harbour in North Wales.

These specially designed panels will soon be installed on the marina infrastructure, creating habitats that encourage marine biodiversity and help life below the surface to thrive.

This is just the beginning – stay tuned as we share updates on this brilliant project and its progress over the coming months...

Great to see our latest heavy-duty pontoon with EV charging for CTVs coming together nicely in Grimsby on the Humber estuary.🤩

This project supports cleaner, greener marine transport – helping offshore wind operations move toward more sustainable solutions.

Not long now until it’s fully in place. Well done to everyone involved so far, including the client Grimsby Fish Dock Enterprises and 3RS Engineering – who have been working alongside us to install the project 👏
