With the All-Ireland Hurling and Football Finals behind us, we look at the scale of what we delivered for the 138th edition of the All-Ireland Hurling & Football Championships.

We provided coverage for RTÉ Sport and GAA Plus all the way from the first rounds at the start of April in Castlebar & Ballybofey, across the length and breadth of the country, all they way to the Finals in Croke Park in July.

The building energy throughout this season was palpable. We had the thrill of first-time Penalties in Hurling, to drone shots showcasing the beauty of the GAA Venues across the country, to capturing the excitement on Jones Road with Vox Pops on finals day, to near 30 camera angles of the Finals.

What a privilege it is to be a part of bringing this coverage to you all! 🎥🎬🏆

Our stats:
1500+ Match day crew
500+ Camera Systems
26 GAA grounds visited
2 Hurling & Football Finals
1 Fantastic Championship

Well done to our fantastic Unit Managers, Scheduling Team, and our entire OB Crew, who all put their shoulder to the wheel.📺

First ever remote production for Sky Sports in Ireland

We've got a great relationship working with Sky Sports over the years so when they planned to do their first remote Production in Ireland, for coverage of the British & Irish Lions Men’s Tour in the Aviva last Friday night, they knew to come to us. We provided facilities for a seven camera presentation add-on from our OB8, which went back remotely to their Sky gallery to be mixed and produced.

History was made on Saturday with the first-ever penalty shootout in the Munster Senior Hurling Championship and TVM are very proud to have been the facilities provider for RTÉ Sport The atmosphere in the Gaelic Grounds was electric as the teams were level a nail-biting 17 times with Cork GAA coming out on top after extra time & penalties to beat Limerick trying to get 7 in a row.

Well done to all our team on the ground, many of whom went on to Croke Park the following day for the Leinster Senior Hurling Final

10,000 single use cups are being used in Fermoy every week...a staggering number!!!

A Deposit and Return initiative is officially launching in Fermoy this weekend, with at least 8 local coffee shops working together to reduce this waste. As a company that’s been using reusable coffee cups for all our crew for the last 6 years we strongly support this initiative.

🥇The idea is simple.

1️. When you buy a takeaway hot drink, you pay a deposit of €2 for your 2GoCup Cup.

2. When you finish your coffee or at the end of the day/week, you can hand this cup back to any of the participating businesses in town (or nationwide) and get your €2 back.

☕If you want a second or even a third😉cuppa during the day, just hand in your 2GoCup and the cuppa you buy will be in a clean 2GoCup

💡Alternatively, you can bring the cup home, give it a rinse out and you are all set for the next day’s cuppa.

Naturally, there is no pressure to use a 2GoCup. If you are already using a Keep cup, thank you and continue to bring that when you are getting a takeaway.

If you have any questions, just ask next time you call to any of these coffee shops for a takeaway cuppa.
