Are you struggling with eczema? Why not try this amazing plant that is well known and very effective for treating eczema and rashes. This plant is called Joseph's Coat plant (Alternanthera ficoidea) ✅✅
According to the National Eczema Association, they suggest that indoor plants that increase humidity can be beneficial for eczema by preventing dry air but not all plants can be used. Please do not apply the Joseph's Coat plant directly to the skin unless advised by a healthcare professional, as it could cause a reaction. You can also make a patch test in a small area of your skin to make sure you are not allergic to it.
How to use:
1: Get fresh Joseph’s coat leaves and dry them.
2: In a clean glass, put the dried leaves and then cover them completely with a carrier oil. You can use coconut, sunflower, olive, or almond oil.
3: Let the mixture steep for about 4 weeks in a cool, dark place.
4: You can then strain the oil to remove the plant material.
5: That oil is now your natural infused oil to soothe eczema and moisturise affected areas of your skin.
