This is why you shouldn’t be eating cloves.✅✅

People with bleeding disorders or who are taking blood thinners, those scheduled for surgery, pregnant women, children and those using insulin to manage diabetes should not consume clove. The reason is because cloves contain compounds that can affect blood clotting, potentially increasing the risk of bleeding for people with bleeding disorders or those taking medications like warfarin (blood thinners). For people preparing for surgery, eating cloves can interfere with blood clotting and blood sugar levels, potentially causing issues during or after surgery. It's recommended to stop using cloves at least two weeks before surgery. For individuals using insulin medications, cloves can lower blood sugar levels making it more dangerous because sugar levels can drop to a life threatening stage. Cloves or Clove oil can be toxic to children, and even small amounts can cause seizures and liver damage.

Step 9: Recipe to support reproductive health.
If trying to conceive, it is important to know that sexually transmitted infections (STIs) can lead to infertility too if left untreated.

Common culprits include chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis. When left untreated, chlamydia and gonorrhea can cause Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID) in women, leading to scarring and blockages in the fallopian tubes, which can prevent fertilization. In men, these infections can cause inflammation and scarring in the reproductive tract. Syphilis, while less common, can also cause infertility in both men and women if left untreated. This is a very crucial knowledge when TTC. Knowledge is key.

Step 8: Recipe to support reproductive health. Are you trying to conceive? Do you know that your mental health can play a big role in achieving conception?

Have you often hear doctors or other people in general advise a trying to conceive woman to “take your mind off it. Don’t think about it?” This phrase is often used in the context of managing anxiety and stress during the waiting period. This does not mean that the TTC women should ignore the desire to have a child, but rather a suggestion to take a more mindful approach to the process and avoid dwelling excessively on the potential outcome because of their mental health which is very important for conception. The process of trying to conceive can be emotionally challenging, and the constant anticipation and potential disappointment can be difficult to navigate and can lead to chronic stress which can disrupt hormonal balance and potentially hinder conception. By encouraging individuals to prioritize their mental and physical health during this time can lead to a more positive and productive approach to achieving their goal. Practicing mindful relaxation techniques like Yoga, meditation, engaging in enjoyable activities and deep breathing can help reduce stress levels.✅✅
