B is ibuprofen which is a Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug (NSAID that helps to reduce pain, fever, and inflammation. Best for Inflammation-related pain, like arthritis, muscle injuries, period pain, dental pain, sprains and swelling.
Paracetamol acts mainly in the brain while ibuprofen acts systemically. In other words, paracetamol acts in the brain to block pain signals and reduce fever while Ibuprofen blocks prostaglandins, reducing inflammation, pain, and fever throughout the body.
