We went to one of my favourite, ok, possibly my favourite place ever in County Carlow again today… Altamont Gardens. If you ever go to Carlow, definitely check it out. Beautiful walking trailsl by a lake and river, native and exotic plants, a garden centre where you can buy plants and a cafe. You need to have at least two or three hours there to fully appreciate it.

Fun day in Wicklow this week. We went to Powerscourt Waterfall. I adore the walking trail there and afterwards we went to Bray and had delicious ice cream at Gelateria Seafront. If you are vegan like me, ask what flavours are suitable (they is a great selection).
