Yesterday (Monday), I made this delicious Chicken Wrap from my leftover Roast Chicken (which I made on Sunday).

I brought the leftover from the fridge, microwaved it for about 3mins, shredded it and made a delicious Chicken Wrap out of it.

Other ingredients; Lettuce, carrot, spring onions, red onion, my special wrap sauce and mix cherry tomatoes.

Had this delicious Chicken Wrap with some Fries and Coleslaw, 😋.

Here’s a very delicious, lazy dinner, idea/recipe… 😋

* Boiled baby Potatoes; I added a bit of Knorr Aromat while cooking.
* Well seasoned, air fried Chicken.
* Well seasoned Tomatoes, onion and Red Bell Pepper.
* Coleslaw.
* l added Curry Sauce to the Boiled Potatoes.

Let’s make this delicious Mushrooms and Veggies Sauce, together.

Had it with linguine pasta and of course, it was a hit, 😁.

You can have this sauce with anything; rice, yam, potatoes, plantains, etc…

By the way, when in doubt about what to have for dinner, just make anything that looks like pasta, lol, it’s never a miss, even for a bad cook… It’s simple and gets ready in few minutes.

Ingredients;
Roughly blended tomatoes and onions (you can add pepper).
Mixed veggies (we love our veggies, you should too).
Chicken.
Mushrooms (optional).
Olive oil (you can use whatever oil you like).
Herbs, spices and seasonings.
Pasta.

Meal prep this healthy, yummy and very filling breakfast/brunch, with me.

Ingredients;
Chia Seeds.
Yoghurt.
Dried Cranberries.
Kiwi.
Blueberries.
Mango.
Strawberries.
Milk.
Honey.
Granola (optional).
Mixed Nuts (optional).

You can use any fruit of your choice.

Don’t forget to refrigerate overnight or at least, 4-6hours, before eating.

Yummy Seafood Stir Fry, Recipe…

Now, here’s a Stir Fry recipe made with Prawns, Salmon, Mushrooms and Oyster Sauce, for those of us who love seafood.

This past Saturday, I was craving a popular Nigerian snack, Puff Puff, so I made it.

I made the milky, yoghurt Puff Puff version; so soft, fluffy and ‘rich’ inside, while still very crunchy, outside.

You need to try it. This snack should be a staple in your homes.

Ingredients;
Flour.
Salt.
Sugar.
Vanilla.
Nutmeg.
Instant Yeast.
Low Fat Yoghurt.
Milk (both powder and liquid).
