My face says it all! 😍 Words cannot explain how out of this world this experience it was!

✨ 2 Michelin star restaurant ⭐️⭐️ at the stunning is something I have never experienced in Ireland before.

It is a fully immersive dining experience from the kitchen garden with the head groundskeeper Kevin and team to the many wonderful opulent dining spots throughout the tasting experience, including a glimpse at the highly skilled brigade in the kitchen to the luxurious dining room then finishing with nightcap and petit four in front of the fire in parlour. It was like stepping into another world ✨

is the Executive Chef, and he has just retained the restaurant at Castlemartyr Resort’s two Michelin stars in his first six months at the helm. Incredible 🙌🏽💥

The entire team was excellent and we loved every minute of it. It is definitely one to add to your list ✨

This is one of those you’re not going to believe how easy this is sauces. It’s my take on a classic beurre blanc, not the traditional method, but a version that’s a little thicker, a little more forgiving, and perfect for spooning over fish. It still has that glossy, restaurant‑style finish, but made completely home‑cook friendly. It goes further too, which is ideal when you’re cooking for a group.

This is my Beurre Blanc with Trout roe caviar ✨ I used trout caviar which is so good 💥

I will dream of that spaghetti Vongole 😍 Gigi’s Ramatuelle 📍 fyi the teddy dog is my 30 year old Ty beanie named Gigi that now belongs to my daughter Margaux who she coincidentally had with her that day 🤣

Gigi’s was great fun! The service was excellent and the food was pretty delicious - fresh and well executed.
