The vehicle was registered to Christina Iannaccio — Rubicco’s wife. It’s registration was suspended since Feb. 7, 2011, for an insurance lapse. Rubicco’s New York driver’s license, was also suspended with six suspensions on five separate dates for unpaid summonses, police said.

BANHAMMER DROPS: I tried a few weeks of allowing comments to appear on the Talk of the Sound page without moderation but there is always someone who has to ruin it for everyone. Following an incident today, I am going back to pre-comment moderation and banning abusive profiles.

I do not like having to moderate comments as it is time consuming for me and delays comments appearing on the page so reduces interaction and engagement for everyone.

Going forward I will be more aggressive with banning profiles and deleting comments.

To clear the decks, I deleted ALL the comments on the two Rubicco stories (badge, fake ADS), banned a dozen people (one of whom egregiously crossed the line) and will be building up (again) my blocked word list which forces comments to be hidden. I will not be unhiding the sort of lunatic rants which occurred over the past few days, I will delete the comment and ban the profile

If you can still comment on other posts you were not banned, if you cannot access the page you WERE banned. To those who WERE banned, goodbye and good riddance.
