📌 Step-by-Step Checklist: NHS Roles with Visa Sponsorship (2025)
✅ 1. Updated CV (UK Format)
Keep it clear, simple, and tailored to healthcare.
Highlight skills such as patient care, blood collection, and lab support.
Include work history, responsibilities, and achievements.
✅ 2. Identity & Travel Documents
Valid passport (at least 6+ months before expiry).
Recent passport photos (UK standard).
✅ 3. Education & Training Certificates
Phlebotomy/Healthcare Assistant/ Care Certificate/NVQ, etc.
Degree, diploma, or HND transcripts (if available).
English translation if documents are not in English.
✅ 4. Professional References
At least 2 references (from employers, supervisors, or lecturers).
