We’ve changed my show to every second Saturday at 2pm RT (Real Time aka Irish local time)
Featuring The Bonny Men with Maitiú Ó Casaide’s most beautiful modern-day Irish-language-musical-composition “An Pótaire”.
I’ve been attempting to figure out the lyrics for at least 3 weeks, potentially sending my neighbours barmier, listening to the song millions and millions of times, and enjoying ev-ery single second of it. There’s only a few words I haven’t figured out. Help me if you can please.
On decluttering:
As I wrote to two friends today, don’t ever declutter when you’re in a rush… cos one of your most prized possessions could end up in a charity shop… like the cd “Moyne Road” by The Bonny Men that I bought if memory serves in St. Nicholas’ Church Galway around 2014 and that i sent to a charity shop when i was moving house home country… it was a tad overwhelming making all those decisions…
But the GOOD news is
1) someone bought them at a price they could pay (my cds and things) when they needed them;
And
2) i can always buy another copy
