Since 2008, she has guided individuals on their journey toward healing and self-discovery, drawing on her personal experiences and deep understanding of emotional and mental well-being. A survivor of childhood sexual abuse, Sharon openly shares her journey through years of anxiety and depression, which culminated in a transformative turning point in 1994 when she felt trapped in a cycle of pain. Determined to reshape her life, she began studying holistic healing techniques, building a comprehensive toolkit that she now shares with her clients. In 2018, Sharon published her first book, Someone Please Help Me, So I Did, recounting her personal story to help others feel less alone in their struggles. She has since published two more books, further solidifying her commitment to promoting mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Sharon also hosts a podcast where she highlights stories of resilience and the strength of the human spirit, reaching an international audience. Through her books, podcast, and coaching, Sharon continues to inspire others to embrace healing and self-compassion. Her mission is to offer a compassionate space where clients feel supported and empowered on their journey to well-being.

Support for Moms in Life and Business. showed up as a new Mom sharing her skills and services in supporting other business owners, but also as a Mom that has different priorities and finding a work life balance is not always that easy. We leaned into this a little more and spoke of finding support systems - not just for being a new Mom, but also as a business owner. We touched on :
Letting go of unrealistic expectations
Holding yourself with compassion, even when life is complex and confusing!
Learning to exist in the in-between - where diapers, deadlines and dreams all collide. We explore the idea that maybe balance and success don't exist in the way we have been taught, but that a more nuanced approach is needed - where it is okay to be tired.
